Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 22
The first of a couple of ‘mini’ DGW’s on the trot before we then have a blank heading our way in GW25. This little lot will be interesting to navigate.
We begin GW22 on Friday with Chelsea and their millions, yes we mean (of) players, hosting Fulham.
Saturday starts with Dyche and his welcoming gift of… nothing, welcoming their beloved ex Arteta to Goodison. Who will no doubt throw Jorginho on with 5 left to see the game out, when it’s already 0-3, just to rub it in.
We then have 5 games at 3pm, with Leicester going to Villa, Brentford hosting Saints, Bournemouth taking the short trip to Brighton, Palace going to Old Trafford and Wolves welcoming Liverpool. Newcastle and West Ham close out Saturday at 5.30pm.
Just the two on Sunday then with Forest v Leeds at 2pm followed by Spurs vs Man City at 4.30pm.
THe two DGW teams, MAn Utd and Leeds then meet on Wednesday at 8pm.

I am sort of -8 boat now…..at least -4 for sure and that includes Cancelo. FPl should give a FT for transferred out players.

That’s true. And, we have to take in consideration how many players will be left for BGW 25. It ain’t gonna be easy for sure.
I’m tinkering and scheming and was wondering if MCI Lewis was worth considering as a replacement for injured Patterson. My plan for the next GW was always to bring KdB back in for Bruno, but now I have to think about damn near half my team blanking in 25. So now I am wondering if I shouldn’t just take a -4 to do Bruno>KdB and Patterson>Lewis. Or maybe there is some other Defender in the 4.0 range I can consider. Then next week take one of Shaw and Almiron and move them along for another -4. I don’t know who to yet but that can be figured out as next GW happens. I want to be able to keep Trippier after all is said and done and he’ll get benched in the BGW. Does all of that sound reasonable assuming no other bans/injuries during that time? Current team below for reference.
Hi there – you’ve got Tarkowski at EVE who is at 4.2 and has a DGW in 25. Also Kilman at 4.3 (DGW), although you have like myself, Bueno. Just a thought. Neves as well for DGW 25 at 5.4 (you could sell Almiron for him and make a profit!).
Anyway, just considerations! 😉

What can I do to maybe get a Gooner or Citizen in, or best to roll the FT to get ready for the bigger dgw25?
Is Fernandes to Mahrez a smart move this gw? Mahrez has got 4 games in next 3gws compared to Fernandes’ 2 games so makes sense but after Mahrez was hooked off last game, wondering if he’ll actually play more than Fernandes now and I also risk not being able to get Fernandes back due to price changes!?
Fraser Forster bandwagon anyone ?
