Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 24

Finally we get back in action with a raft of midweek fixtures which span three days. There are a trio of games on Tuesday, a quadruple on Wednesday and a double on Thursday before we have a day to take it all in and then begin again on Saturday. It really is all or nothing with FPL this season.

    At a bit of loss as to what to do this week, any ideas? Still have a WC, 1FT and 3mill ITB.

    • I’d bring in Salah for Jota personally

  4. Hi all.. my plans for today.. (WC, BB, TC, and both FH available) 0 ITB and 2 FT

    Jota to Salah
    Maddison to Coutinho
    Kane to Edouard (Eduouard will become Broja in a few weeks)

    That leaves exactly enough in the bank for Dias to Robbo tomorrow for the DGW (provided he doesn’t go up tonight)

    Any feedback on these moves is welcome.. thanks in advance good

      Only problem is losing Jota who is in red hot form atm?
      How about KDB to Salah and lose one of Martinelli/Liva
      That on the assumption KDB is benched v Norwich

      • +1 I’d defo keep Jota atm

      • I wouldnt say jota is in red hot form. In other words, he has played yday similar to how he has been playing all season. But for a change he scored a 2nd goal which was worth 8 extra pts. Usually he scores 1 and misses 2 big chances each game.

    • Get maupay or weghorst instead of edouard who seems to have been a trap. Lot of competition for his place.

    • I can’t see Madison -> Coutinho paying back a -4. Leave that one out.
      And do you need Salah for GW25? I’d prefer Bruno this week then bring Mo in next.

  5. What do we think guys? Want Salah ASAP but I cant transfer out cr7 on a DGW…have 2 FT so want to use one! Maybe moura out for someone??

    • If you’re keen on Salah this week, Ronaldo would need to be sacrificed. Tricky one! I’d downgrade Ron to Broja (or someone equally as cheap) and upgrade Moura/Silva. Or wait another week and enjoy just the double Liverpool this week?

Hello all – I’m pretty much resigned to getting in Bruno for Foden (will have to get rid of Josh King to Broja, so that sweetens the pill) this week, then go for a swashbuckling Bruno>Salah, DCL>Weghorst + probs Sanchez>Tierney (or not) coming in to GW26. Heavy heart at having to get in United asset, but gotta have a token shot at it – it does however make me feel world-weary, and almost tempted to do nothing this GW. Dunno.

    • I like that move for Bruno. I’ve tripled up on United crazy !

        • No probs, AJW. It’ll be a nervy couple of games. They can’t be mediocre ALL the time, surely shock ?

    • If it hurts you to get a ManU player then pretend he plays for Melchester Rovers but definitely the right move

      • Not a bad idea. I’ll try it. Might provide a good laugh whilst doing my own TV commentary when said player gets the ball! Jolly good fellas – I will give it a try. 😉
