Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 27

And we are off and running again already, this time through from Friday to Tuesday. Saints and Norwich kick us off on Friday evening before we have quite a full Saturday beginning at lunchtime with Leeds and Spurs and ending up at Goodison as Everton welcome Pep and co, with 4 other games in-between. West Ham and Wolves are the sole fixture on Sunday before Burnley and Leicester see us out on Tuesday.

    Seriously considering WC28, BB29.

    Draft looks like this (assuming Chelsea double in 28)

    Gives me:
    6 DGW players in 28
    12 DGW players in 29 (Kilman out for a DGW defender)
    3 non doublers would be:
    Rafa v Nor
    Rüdiger v New
    Broja v Wat
    All at home.

    Thoughts most welcome!

  3. It’s time all football world to take serious measures. Dictators like Putin have no place in it. They can not be allowed in any football competitions of any kind. Some fat cats, as always will object on that, but tough, these are criminals and need to be studied immediately.

    • Right on. It is not only just football They should be expelled from all international sports.
      How are you doing? Am still undecided to WC or not.

  4. Looking at scrapping 0.5m. Can any Chelsea fans give me their thoughts on Silva starting most PL games now the CL has started up again? Looking at their potential double and getting him in over Rüdiger.

  5. Hi guys struggling a bit here could do with some advice. Still have WC bb and 1fh left and not sure of the best strategy. Is it worth taking a -4 or even a -8 this week in order to bench boost. Thing cucurella and Bruno to saiss and coutinho for -4. Maybe a -8 for one more dgw28 player? Or maybe wildcard 28 and bench boost 29?

    Like many others I’m on a WC, what changes should I make here? Chelsea coverage seems important if their double is confirmed, I’m thinking of getting Rudiger for his DGW28 and then switch to Robertson for his DGW29.
    Also not sure about whether I should get Raphinha instead of Saka, or White instead of Coady.
