Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 35

It’s another Bank Holiday footballing bonanza! OK, so it’s not quite as long as the last one, which has only just finished, but it’s still 3 days of games, all spread out so that just on the off chance you may get bored of King Charles’ shenanigans you should have an excuse to slip away for a bit. In fact 6 of the games are on TV (in the UK), including a rather controversial one at 3pm on Saturday, for the first ever time in a normal season.

Saturday itself is not actually as spread out as we advertised but there are still 4 games at 3pm with Chelsea boring Bournemouth, Woy going to Spurs, a Wolves v Villa derby, and then that live game as Big Sam has to back up his Big Mouth and prove he’s as good as Pep. Let’s all hope it’s at least 6-0. By half-time.

Liverpool and Brentford is the late one at 5.30pm.

Sunday sees us with a cracker at 4.30pm as Newcastle host Arsenal before West Ham welcome Man Utd at 7.

There’s a 3pm game on Monday with Leicester visting Fulham. Brighton welcome Everton at 5.30pm before Saints and Forest do battle at 8.

    Hi everyone

Need a bit of help to try and claw back some points on my mini league. I’m 50 points behind and probably more after this gw. My rival seems to either do the same as me or does it the week after! Is there anything I can do to claw back some points. I’ve 2 fts and 1.5 itb. No chips left.
My team is first pic his team is second. Thanks

Hindsight is such a *bleep*. No you really should’ve had it on Haaland. How that wasn’t 5-1 or more still baffles me smile

Last week I got busy with work and such that I missed the deadline and had left the armband on Salah. I sweated all weekend wondering if it would bite me. Luckily it worked out but I immediately switched it over to Haaland. Coulda woulda shoulda kind of week.

Haaland had an abundance of chances, gave a penalty away and hit the woodwork twice. I’m of the conviction that Salah cap’n was unbelievably lucky this time around and choosing Haaland va Leeds was absolutely the right choice smile
