Well time to go then ….
We have reached the end and we’ve reached it together. Before we look at the fixtures and what matters and where the chips are most likely to fall in your favour, the FF247 committee would like to thank you guys. Each and every one of you for your contributions on site all season, for helping each other out and all the while being friendly and courteous. This is what it is all about. And as a token of our appreciation, we would like to mention Pokermatch Casino, a fantastic platform for all your casino gaming needs.
As my old man used to say, ‘don’t laugh at others if you can’t laugh at yourself’.
And we don’t half give ourselves plenty of material playing this FPL game!
The state of play
Manchester City have won it, Arsenal are second and the Uniteds – Manchester and Newcastle – battle out for third place and a few extra million. Liverpool and Brighton (superb) are the next two and can’t move up or down now. Aston Villa (home to Brighton), Tottenham Hotpsur (away to Leeds – more on them soon) and Brentford (home to Manchester City) vie for the final European spot – a place in the Europa Conference League Qualifiers. Aston Villa hold the aces – win, and it is theirs.
From Fulham in 10th to Forest in 17th is tumbleweed land.
Everton can ensure their own survival, and condemn Leeds and Leicester to The Championship, with a home win over Bournemouth. Should they stumble, they can be caught but it is straightforward for Leeds and Leicester (home to West Ham) – win to have any chance!
Southampton are gone but round off with a home match against Liverpool.
So ….

Estupinan really trolled me…….only game I benched him, he returned 17. Anyway, in 15 days, again FPL schedule will be released and again all drama slowly start. Thank you all for another enjoyable season and especial thanks to the site managers and authors. Keep the good work going.

Forgetting to see lineup rumors on time and not switching haaland to kane drops OR from 56k to 85k on final disastrous day with only 8 players starting for me in an otherwise decent season.

It’s a scandal Leicester went down with the talent they have in that team.They probably held on to Brenda a tad too long and then erm appointed Smith for some reason.
They should have gone for Neil Warnock before we got him !!

Intesting this is my highest scoring season, but omi have had 4 season with higher rank.
Looks like I’m ending up at 89k

2530 for me and 95k, including 5 gameweeks with 100+ scores which seems crazy. Rank wise I’m very happy to sneak into the top 100k. Highest points ever for me, but I have 11 other season with better ranks. I guess it’s a factor of the DGWs, but also it’s getting more competitive every year.

Hoping next season we ll return more to normalcy with lesser dgws. Though dgws are fun, too much isn’t fun.
