Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 4

All of our games are crammed into two days for GW4, predominantly because GW5 then begins on Tuesday before GW6 does likewise on Saturday. It’s a bit of a whirlwind week.

As a result we have no less than 7 games on Saturday beginning with a revived Man Utd going to Saints at 12:30pm. We then have five 3pm games with Brentford welcoming Everton, Leeds making the long trip to Brighton, Chelsea hosting Leicester, before the big two of Kopp and Pep are both at home to Bournemouth and Palace respectively. Arsenal and Fulham see us out in the late game.

Sunday has the now traditional two lots of 2pm games with Villa v West Ham and Wolves v Newcastle before Forest and Spurs clash in the prime time slot at 4:30pm.

  1. Anyone already feeling like they started the season not so great? I thought about using my WC last GW, took a -4 instead to mix things up and still did not score the average, lool. Now my team looks great for GW5 so I don’t wanna use my WC haha what a roller coaster!!

    • I’ve been consistent if nothing else. 4 weeks all around the 2.5 – 3.5 GW rank. Pretty uninspiring

  2. Should I sell Salah? My Idea is to get Haaland with -4.

    • On current form, yes. But not this week. Haaland is likely to be rested

        Haaland will rest?
        I think he will score the second Hat-Trick against Forest.

        • Peptation strikes again. Just when we thought we’d dealt with this nonsense, Guardiola comes up with a new, state-sponsored way to keep us off balance.

    • I’ve got him as cappo & KDB as vice cap. We’ll see – I’ve probably gone City overkill, but Kev’ is looking pretty amazing atm! 😉

      • Unfortunately I don’t have De Bruyne, it’s a choice between Salah, Haaland or Sterling

      • Good move but what if Haaland gets a 15 minutes cameo and spoils the party vava

        • True – I’ll just have to go into a corner and eat humble pie in that case. Am hoping that if Haaland is given a rest then it will be a complete rest and maybe we’ll see Alvarez in the run on squad. Ah it’s all part of the great FPL adventure! Cheers guys! smile

      • I’ve got a feeling Haaland will play the midweek game but miss the weekend

    Not comfortable with mitrovic being on my bench, who should I replace him with?

    • I would bench James and play Mitro for this GW, save the FT for Saturday.

    • If you’re Mitro you can’t have him on a bench smile in those situation is probably best to go with cheapest. It must be Saliba than.

    • Harrison imo.
