We have a bumper Saturday for a change with no less than 7 games to digest. We imagine the majority will be hoping that (Captain) Salah doesn’t put an early dampner on their gameweek in his lunchtime visit to Watford. At 3pm we have a Villa v Wolves derby, Man U going to Leicester for a 4th place play-off, Man City’s bi-annual hammering of Burnley, Brighton hoping to see Norwich off to the Championship, with Saints and Leeds completing the set.

Saturday night (ish) should then be fun as Brentford and Chelsea slug it out at 5.30pm.

Sunday may be a bit short on games but they promise to be interesting ones if nothing else. The Moyes derby is at 2pm as Everton welcome West Ham.

All eyes will then be on the richest club in the world versus the tighest one as Newcastle host a live beheading on the pitch prior to kick off Spurs.

We then conclude on Monday with the Vieira derby as Palace go to Arsenal.

The games in full…

  1. Time to move on from antonio and benrahma. West ham lost their early season sharpness. And difficult fixtures.

    • +1. I just moved Benhrama for next week. He’s given good points and 0.3 profit so well happy.

I would like DCL to come back fit. That is my first choice to replace Antonio.

      • If iheanacho starts next time, i am considering him. Looks like he is back in the starting 11 regularly. Other option is jesus. Or iheanacho and foden is an option for these 2. Lot of fires to put out.

    • Antonio isn’t an issue for me. Was poor today and still could have easily scored. The double up is a different story and I’d prob move Benrahma on

  2. Newcastle v Spurs

  3. Son plays… Thought about Ronnie+Poggie for Son n’ Vardy but didn’t dare because of the Covid rumors. At least Mount was a good… *checks results*

    • Actually can still afford that on the dot if neither increases… hmm crazy

    • I had Son in my wc team till the covid news broke.Brace incoming !!

    • Were not rumours he tested positive. They tested again and he was negative the second time so first test was wrong

      • May be someone calculated two times negative = positive. smile

      • Yes but the negative test was on Saturday after deadline.Unbelievable.

      • How can you judge the first test was wrong? Why not the second!

        • Second was presumably a PCR test which are clinically proven to be much more accurate than the initially flimsy LF ones.

        • They did two more after the positive one that came back negative.

        • Dunno if you’ve seen the news but there was a (very) big problem with PCR test results in the UK this week. >40k people were given incorrect negative results.

  4. Son scored……..who spread the rumour? diablo

  5. Are we witnessing return of the Kane&Son act search

  6. Decent week for me, 55 with White and Gallagher to go. Really makes the GW better when a captain choice is correct.

Any advice here? Time to sell Ronaldo?
I feel like there’s some new big hitters emerging at this stage of the season who could massively boost ranks if picked early, KDB for example has an ownership of only 2.9%.
Ronaldo >> Toney this week (and possibly Rudiger >> Chilwell) would give me the funds for Gallagher >> KDB next week after he plays Newcastle. Vardy, Son, and TAA are also players on my wish list.

    • I think Rudiger has to be your priority. If he’s out for any length of time then relying on 2 from White/Livra/Manq every week looks dodgy

      • Yes I’m awaiting news on Rudiger, he’ll be sold if he’s still out next game

        • Veer, back injury could be a very serious matter. Unknown date of return tells everything.
Wait for more news by Thursday but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

        • Back injuries are unpredictable. I’d expect him to be back as players are usually back quickly as usually minor. but if he misses the Malmö game and fails to train all week it could be more serious. Unknown in this case is no one has any idea yet

    • Seems like a solid plan, guess you set on going on without TAA?
