We have a bumper Saturday for a change with no less than 7 games to digest. We imagine the majority will be hoping that (Captain) Salah doesn’t put an early dampner on their gameweek in his lunchtime visit to Watford. At 3pm we have a Villa v Wolves derby, Man U going to Leicester for a 4th place play-off, Man City’s bi-annual hammering of Burnley, Brighton hoping to see Norwich off to the Championship, with Saints and Leeds completing the set.

Saturday night (ish) should then be fun as Brentford and Chelsea slug it out at 5.30pm.

Sunday may be a bit short on games but they promise to be interesting ones if nothing else. The Moyes derby is at 2pm as Everton welcome West Ham.

All eyes will then be on the richest club in the world versus the tighest one as Newcastle host a live beheading on the pitch prior to kick off Spurs.

We then conclude on Monday with the Vieira derby as Palace go to Arsenal.

      • Though they do deserve credit yes. It’s just beyond me how the managers of Chelsea and United can make them play so shite….

    • Agreed, had them on the ropes for a lot of the second half. Deserved something from the game. Mendy was good though.

        • Also a great score ,mate. Pretty much all my defs kept a Cs. Azpi, Cancelo, Taa and Duffy.

  3. Ronnie for Vardy or Toney is going to be the question…

    • I’m leaning towards Toney, his next 4 fixtures are excellent and Brentford look like scoring, plus he’s cheap so it’ll open the option of upgrading one of the 5-6 mil midfielders to Son

    • Hmm. Lukaku has Notwich next though. At home. His second game for me buy probably last chance. Lol. I prefer having Chelsea defender’s over attack.

  4. Mendy saved Chelsea today…… Mbeumo’s finishing is really poor. Two time he hit the post, those were mishits.

    • Still, wouldn’t recommend an early transfer.
      There are so many European games midweek, anything could happen.

      • I have Ronaldo, but am thinking about Ronaldo >Vardy, but I don’t want to get hit by a price issue if I want to change back in a few weeks.
        If I sell him now I will get £12.5m as he’s currently £12.6m, if he drops back to £12.5m and I sell then, will I only get back £12.4m?
        Man U have a tough few games ahead and Leicester don’t, I think it would be a good move, but I want to have enough money to get Ronaldo back in if needed.

        • You bought him for 12.5 I presume, so a drop isn’t changing anything for you. You can still sell at 12.5 then.

    I know it’s still early days but, thinking of giving Salah the Armband vs Man Utd next week?
    Even tho I’ve Luka vs Norwich….
    Waddya think?

    • I am going with Luka, he has to start scoring again soon, and if he cannot score in this game!!!!!!

      • yeah putting on lukaku despite the recent no returns. if a blank vs norwich at home then rage transfer out
