As we are all now acutely aware we face a reduced fixture schedule this week with just the 7 games surviving.
It’s a bit of a strange old spread too as we begin with 2 games on Friday at 8pm as Villa welcome Saints and Fulham go to Forest.
Just the 3 on Saturday then with Wolves and Man City at lunchtime, Newcastle and Bournemouth keeping Jeff company at 3pm and Spurs and Leicester seeing us out in the early evening game.
Sunday then has just the pair with Arsenal’s short trip to Brentford at 12pm before Everton and West Ham conclude the week at just 2.15pm.

If money no issue, who for the medium term for Foden?
A. Sterling
B. Zaha
I am leaning Sterling. Not getting LIV assets till GW12 when their fixtures improve. Nor Son since I have Kane.
Ignoring money probably Sterling, but I don’t think he offers value at 10.0, so I’d choose Zaha. Dunno if that helps!
Thinking ahead to GW12, thoughts on this strategy.
GW9 KDB -> Maddison, GW10 Reed -> Zaha, GW11 bank/resolve any injuries, GW12 Jesus -> Darwin (or other Fwd) & bench Haaland, Martinelli & Cancelo. Essentially setting up with a 15, so can just bench 3 players for a week. Would mean captaining somone like Maddison in GW12.
Sounds like a solid plan. The only problem with such plans it’s it’s inevitable something else will become more important during that time.
Decent plan mate. Guessing the WC is done and dusted already, else you could shortcut it to your preferred gw9 or gw10 setup.
Wildcard is active. Still far from next deadline but how do you like this team? If i want a better keeper i need to downgrade somewhere else. 0,0 itb after this.

Well, three since Andreas and Neco probably will play, but still an issue ofcourse. But cant really adapt the team for that one gw either. Maybe play with 9-10 player that week. Don’t know yet…
I’d let go of Saliba tbh, upgrade to James or down to Fofana/ Leicester def/ Patterson.
KdB to Salah or Sterling (and upgrade elsewhere with funds) could also be an option.
You may want to downgrade so you have some money to bring in Zaha for Martinelli next week.
I would not have Saliba on WC.
Ward and Ivers not the best choice. Maybe Guaita.

Yeah, If he’s fit, then why not. City might play s high enough line to let him roam a bit tbh.
Archer is just 4.3 (the pr*ck…) so you might as well save another 0.1 there. Iversen over Forster, same point. Patterson over Tarkowski gives you another 0.3.

Hello childrens and childrenettes… this is where I find myself. 1 FT and 3.1 ITB.. I’m inclined to hold.. but might want to just chase Jesus to Toney for the week, my last transfer was Toney out for Isak.. thoughts?
