The New Year is here, but don’t worry GW17 is bound to disappoint you in the same ways the previous 16 gameweeks did in 2020. Everton and West Ham get it rolling with the early Friday game and Manchester United hosts Villa in the second and last game of the day.
Saturday brings us four more fixtures. Spurs welcome in Leeds, Palace gets 3 easy points vs Sheffield, Brighton tangles with Wolves and in the last game we see Championship contenders West Brom play Arsenal.
Sunday gives us three more matchups. Burnley play Fulham, Toon take on Leicester and then Chelsea duke it out with City.
Monday sees the last remaining fixture when Saints take on Liverpool.

Just thought I’d share a move you shouldn’t do, reduces the options slightly:laugh:
I am thinking Taylor to Stones. Why did you pull the trigger so quick? Price changes perhaps?
Did it just before deadline in a last minute panic move to get more playing starters for gw18, but Targett is on four yellows and facing Spurs – absolute stinker of a move.
Stones is a good shout though
Targett will surely avoid a yellow this gw.

This must a good omen for this year. The 3 players from the first 2 matches got me 24 pts plus 8 bonus pts. I believe that this is the best start I’ve had. Hope it can be ongoing for the rest of the season. I wish you the best in the matchup.

I was planning on using my free hit this week but not sure if it’s necessary. I can do Bednarek >> Stones which would give me 9 players, though Mitchell and Lewis are not assured starters. Then next week I can possibly do Bellerin >> Coufal which would give me 10 DGWers and Son
What would you guys advise?
