Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 20
After a GW that somehow managed to drag the Christmas schedule into mid-January and past the FA Cup 3rd round, due to a mini-DGW, we now land on another DGW, this one with a few more teams involved, well ok 2 more, but it’s something….

Just to complicate matters it’s a Friday start with Villa and Leeds getting us under way.

The 1st of our DGW teams kick Saturday off with the Manchester derby at 12.30 before we then have Brighton very much welcoming Liverpool, Everton fearing the Saints, Forest and Leicester continuing the relegation theme and Wolves wearing down West Ham, all at 3pm. Brentford and Bournemouth round us off at 5.30, in probably the least enticing game of the lot to televise!

On Sunday we have Chelsea vs Palace along with Newcastle vs Fulham at 2pm, before the NLD at 4.30. All 3 should be decent.

The doubles themselves take place on Wednesday and Thursday with Palace welcoming Man Utd (let’s hope it’s not foggy again…) on the former day and Spurs going to Man City on the latter.

  1. Any tips for GW21, a bit lost at the moment?

    • How many trades, and how much money ITB?

      I’d be looking perhaps at trading out Mount, but this is not an imperative.

    • Saving is a good idea for next week. We will likely have info on doubles

      • Also considering that. Just not over excited about my fixtures as a whole. Should be fine if captain delivers.

    • Smash, I did mention a few weeks back that he is slowly but surely returning to his best, especially after the WC break. The departure of Ronaldo is a big factor for this. I reckon from GW22 onwards his ownership will rocket.
      Well done for being the pioneer of a new bandwagon smile

      • Yeah I’ve had him since the restart. He’s playing pretty advanced and he’s often in the box. Shame has lost a fair amount of set pieces. He’s playing well which is not the case for Salah and KDB

    • Mahrez starts. But its only useful if he produces something.

      • Not for me as I don’t have him. Fingers crossed for a KdB cameo with a goal.
