Morning lads can you do a quick RMT?
Mignolet/Mannone
Bardsley/Coleman/Evans/Koscielny/B.Turner
Walcott/Hazard/Yaya/Ramsey/Ki Seung-Yueng
Lukaku/Suarez/Rooney
Looking to go 352 in the last week of January with Berahino/Suarez/Aguero and getting Silva for Ki.
Great looking team! I see you got Evans over Evra 😉 Very strong back line that will cause you headache to choose from to play 3 at the back because they could all do very well! The only worry is Ramsey, he might take longer time to get back from injury and when he does he might not be as rambo-esque as before! I sold him and will wait to see his game time etc before having him in my team. Cabaye or Lallana could be an alternative for you! Your front line is the same as me and I do not see any problems there. Just hoping Lukaku and Rooney get a rest this week end to come back stronger next GW!
Silva and Aguero in is also a good move as they are going to have 3 home games in February!
Please rate my 3-5-2 WC draft team (WC active):
Marshall, Mannone or Westwood
Ward, Alcaraz, Chester, Nastasic, Kosc or Sagna
Oscar, Silva, Wally, Eriksen, Henderson
Negredo, Suarez, Chamakh
2.1 ITB (to upgrade later Negredo to Kun)
If I can make some funds until the next deadline, Gerrard in and Henderson out could be an option.
Albertini – midfield is great, and your plan to get Agüero makes prefect sense, though I’d always prefer have 3 big strikers up front – but your 3-5-2 could be awesome.
Defence (controlled by budget, I’m sure) is not so hot – is Nastasic nailed? That’d be my first worry, also Alcaraz will shortly be back out of the Everton side upon Jagielka’s return, forcing you to play at least one of Ward and Chester – oh, and I have Sagna, but would go for Kosc now personally – though Sagna does cross the ball well and *doesn’t* tend to get red carded, unlike mr Koscielny.
Cheers James. Right now I have my team with a 3-4-3 formation but I am trying to get some conclusions if the change to a 3-5-2 would be beneficial.
You’re right about the budget, I’m limited to 101.4 and it’s not easy to overcome that.
Right now I have Distin and I can keep him but the news is he’ll probably out for 10 to 15 days. Nastasic can be changed to Evans or Azpilicueta, though I rate more City defence (at least, at home) than Utd or Chelsea’s. And I have Sagna but most probably go also to Kosc.
It’s still only a draft, thanks for your thoughts mate.
Team for GW 20: http://goo.gl/ObF5pY
What do we think? Captaincy? Hope to hold my FT
Playing with the 2GK rotation vs. Szczesny + 3.9 options:
From GW1 to GW 20, a Mannone (Westwood)/Marshall (Lewis) rotation would have bring me 86 points (I’ve summed up the points from which would be my choice, not the best score from one of them each GW), Szczesny have 92 points. Mannone + Marshall rotation cost you 9.1 while Szcz+3.9 (ok, now we have the choice of Kelvin Davis at that price but that won’t last long) cost you 9.8. So, it’s 0.7 for a 6 point difference, it’s up to each one to decide which is the better option.
Team is linked, unsure when to play WC. Think I should wait with the team I have?
With the return of Sturridge iminent, where does that leave Sterling?
On the bench.
