Ok, listen up. First off I was leaning towards replacing Forster with Fabianski. Since I already have Hutton I didn’t see the point of getting Guzan. HOwever, Guzan already on 51 points (5 cleansheets, 1 less than Swansea) and they have much better fixtures ahead. Villa will face: Lei (H), WBA (A), MU (H), Swa (A), Sun (H). Swansea will have: WHU (A), Spurs (H), Hull (A), Villa (H), Pool (A). Those fixtures look harder plus they have 3 away fixtures whereas Villa just have 2.

Get Foster/Pantimillion with Guzan and you have even better fixtures Raz!

Go for Guzan. The only tough game i see for AV is the one against Swansea, which is an away game. They play United at home after 2 GWs so I wont be afraid to play him.

But if you are looking for short term cleanies, I think Adrian has better chances of performing well in coming 3 GWs.

Now it depends, whether you want a goalie that will last for straight 6GWs, cause Adrian will be transferred out by many once WH has to face Chelsea and Arsenal consecutively.

Based on three GWs, you should be looking at one of Foster and Adrian. For 6GWs, start looking at one of Guzan or Fabi, Guzan being my personal preferred choice.

TnX mate. Sounds legit. Wanted Fab 2 GW’s ago but other areas needed fixing first so I had to play Forster vs City and tonight vs Arsenal. We’ll see how he’ll cope. I actually never felt the need for a rotating goalie but I had good goalie choices from the start (first few GW’s DDG, later Forster, loads of CS’s).

Btw, noticed 4 out of the 6 cleansheets Swansea had were from homegames. At home they really are more of a force to reckon with. This year they have 3 away games and 2 home games. In long run doesn’t really matter either since we get our Wildcard in January. Can’t wait. Haven’t used my season wildcard yet. I’ve been quite lucky I haven’t had to use mine but it could come in handy second part of the season.

Still have 7 players to play tonight: Forster, Baines, Chambers, Sanchez, Fabregas, Oscar and Kun (C).

Hoping the second day now finally pays off. I’ve had terrible second days for 2 or 3 weeks in a row now. Worst one being 2 weeks ago when I had Tadic/Pelle/Forster/Hutton score me a mere 8 points. My opponent just had Clyne and the arseface alone scored 7. >.<

I should win this GW comfortably from my opponent, hopefully. But you have an advantage with so many players remaining.

      • Raziel says:

I’m sort of glad I don’t have a different opponent every gameweek. Better for me. Always gives me a headache. I just have 1 opponent and that’s a guy whom has been my rival for 2 years now. laugh

I won the first season of the Dutch private league (he came in second), he won last year comfortable if I may add (and I came in second). Now I’m 1 and he’s 2 again. With just 20 points behind me. He already used his wildcard though.

He really made some dumbass moves (in my humble opinion) by not using his 2 FT’s on Costa/Di Maria. He bought Janmaat (which played out but looking at Newcastles fixtures…………) and he replaced Krul with Heaton. He benched Guzan yesterday and played Heaton. I was one happy boy. :p

This is his team. The guy I’m up against. His style is becoming more clear every year, and it does sort of pay off (in the long run).

Which one of my defenders should I upgrade to Clichy for the weekend? Have 2.7M itb and 1FT after doing ADM>Mirallas, and looking to strengthen the defense.

Dont want Baines/Ivan cause City’s fixtures are too delicious to ignore. B)
