Hmmm. Hazard actually looked better than Sanchez, Sanchez was just very and I mean very lucky, today.

What’s the best replacement for Deulefeu? Looks like he’s gonna drop tonight and don’t wanna take a hit. I have nowt in the bank and don’t want Redmond. Thanks.

I don’t think there is an obvious pick in that range currently

      Matt says:

Pererya at Watford maybe or Defour at Burnley.

      • banjomaker says:

Cheers guys. Who is this Pererya? Is he a better choice than Capoue? Aside from united watford have some decent fixtures coming up. I’m also tempted to just swap for Bolasie?

        • Matt says:

Banjo, Pererya used to play at Juventus and he isn’t a bad player. He’s more attacking than Capoue and when he came on Capoue did drop back a slight bit. Haven’t a clue about Bolasie yet but could be a good option.

        • banjomaker says:

Cheers Matt. Just checked him out on Wikipedia and he’s got a pretty shit goal scoring record. I think
I’m leaning towards bolasie, mainly due to fixtures, but not really happy about that.

        • Matt says:

Honestly I didn’t take much notice in his previous seasons just seen he played alright today and used to play with Juventus. Don’t make any transfers yet anyway because it’s early in the break and the transfer window is still open so someone might come in that you really want and can afford.

Evening all! 46pts, with Aguero and Stones to play. Happy really, morgan and baines actually scored me some points, which is a first this season!

Really want to get Ozil in, but only prepared to sell Lamela and any defender/keeper. Don’t really want to use my WC, but happy to take a hit. Any suggestions?

      • Matt says:

That’s a tough one Benny. Maybe Lamela and Gray to Ozil and Diomande if that works. Since you said you would only sell a GK or defender I’ll suggest a move there too but it’s not as appealing, DDG to Foster and Lamela to Ozil but I think you won’t have enough then.

        • BennyB says:

That would’ve been a good shout, but Diomande’s price has gone up, so I’m 0.1 short! Think I may take a punt on Theo, he’s looking pretty sharp, just a shame his legs are made of confetti.

        • Matt says:

@Benny. I’m not sure on Walcott would prefer Cazorla over him as I’d say when Giroud is fit again he goes up top and Sanchez takes over Walcotts spot.

        • lukealike says:

What about this Perez guy, see what happens with him? Too risky for a punt, but he is probably going to impact on Walcotts playing time as he really is a winger before a striker. He is a good signing in the fact he ofefrs something difefrent from Giroud, but he is not the player they need to be banging in goals every week..

Going to pull out the wildcard over the break I think, build a little team value

      BennyB says:

Not sure I’d be so keen to pull that WC trigger for that reason. A player’s price has to go up by 0.2 for you to make 0.1. So you’d need half your team to go up by 0.2 for it to be worth it, which seems unlikely to happen.

39 points after the first day of games
green arrows is always a good sign
though saying that Deulfeu didn’t play Tadic and Mahrez both did not impress
have to do some thinking over the Int Break on what to do about them 3
Still have #AlwaysCaptainKun, Negredo and foster to play

    The B says:

24 points with Evans, Stones and Aguero (C).

Jakupovic saving my butt again in absence of Valdes.
