If so, I was wondering why? He has no game next week, injury aside it seems very strange.

rooney not playing doesnt then matter, and just makes the disision of who to drop eaisier.

Yeah if I had 2 free transfers and nothing to do with them or a WC for next GW, I could have seen myself going for Rooney and making him captain this week.

mate, i had siva as my captain last week and he got 9 pts – as good as suarez
i was very, very tempted to choose him again, and i expect him to chip in with a goal and an assist, but i chickend out to suarez.

Rooney dropping like crazy is sort of positive when eying the DGW in GW37. Hope he’s somewhere near the 11m.
55k people shipped Rooney out just today (that’s -140 percent already). Meaning he will drop 0.3 before next week, if lucky he’ll drop some more.
Before someone tells me you can’t drop more than 0.3m, I mean after GW34 started. >.<
