Welcome to Live Match Chat Game-week 5 FPL News:
We begin on Friday evening this week and it should be a cracker as Chelsea play host to a recently rampant Liverpool. We then have to wait until Saturday afternoon at 3pm for the next instalment of four games as Hull look to contain Arsenal, Leicester look to bounce back from the said teams rampancy as they host Burnley, Man City will look to extend their unbeaten run against Bournemouth, West Brom host West Ham and then Saturday is rounded off as Everton will be hoping for more North Eastern favours in the shape of Middlesbrough in the late game.

Sunday is where our GW5 concludes and there are four games to get our teeth into. Watford and Man United go early at 12pm, Palace host Stoke and Southampton play Swansea, both at 2.15pm before Spurs entertain Sunderland at 4.30pm to finish the game-week.

  1. Sorry to be a pain lads I’m Abouts to confirm
    Wc and I’m stuck with a midfield replacement with 9.1 itb. And is my defense ok? I want to do it before prices go. Sterling is obvious but worried about rotation with sane. Kdb would be preference but it’s money and would have to downgrade lukaku for deeney say then I could get kdb.

      As you have DDG why not go Valencia to Williams and then get Ozil as well as Cazorla?

    • Feghouli was playing ahead of Antonio in the preseason and looked pretty decent before being injured, he’s back now (I think and if he does start he’s only 5.4 and that would free up funds to bring in KDB, I might be taking the plunge with him as part of my plan to bring in Aguero next week.

      • Thanks Andy I’ll have a look at him. Are you wildcarding or have you planned well for aguero return?

        • I wild carded to get him out, I thought he had the 3 game ban instead of just the two but I’ve saved my FT from last week so I should be ok, my only problem is that my fourth mid has to be 5.5 or below so I’m weighing up the options between Feghouli/Janujaz/Puncheon.

      • Andy I’d say Capoue but I guess you already have him. Zaha or snodgrass?

    • City mids will probably be a constant pain from now on but I think Sterling will play more often than not and so I’d be happy enough to take him but in all honesty if I was on a WC it would definitely include a Liverpool midfielder, preferably Firmino.

      • Cheers init I agree I’ve had another tinker..have the 1.2 itb with this team. Do I need to spend all my money here or be happy with what I’ve picked?

        • That looks good to me mate. Any other 5th mids we can get with 1.2m? I don’t know why, I just don’t like seeing Flethcher in a fantasy team even when the intention is never to use him smile

      • Yer I know what you mean init but money is tight!! Fer is cheap and on some form although not a good run of fixtures for 4 games eases up after and he is just 5th player. Then it’s either zaha puncheon Barry wanyama. I’m goin to punch the wc in the hour I need to get this right it’s so stressful. What about you init what’s your plans and how are you getting on?

    When Chelsea sold Luiz for 50 mill everyone was stunned as to how much they got. Why did they buy him back for 30 mill at 29 years old when they got 50 mill to get shut?

  4. Liverpool Coverage looking very likely for me. Will most likely take a -4 for Aguero and Firmino at some point next week.
