Welcome to Live Match Chat Game-week 5 FPL News:
We begin on Friday evening this week and it should be a cracker as Chelsea play host to a recently rampant Liverpool. We then have to wait until Saturday afternoon at 3pm for the next instalment of four games as Hull look to contain Arsenal, Leicester look to bounce back from the said teams rampancy as they host Burnley, Man City will look to extend their unbeaten run against Bournemouth, West Brom host West Ham and then Saturday is rounded off as Everton will be hoping for more North Eastern favours in the shape of Middlesbrough in the late game.

Sunday is where our GW5 concludes and there are four games to get our teeth into. Watford and Man United go early at 12pm, Palace host Stoke and Southampton play Swansea, both at 2.15pm before Spurs entertain Sunderland at 4.30pm to finish the game-week.

  1. Costa is more must have then Ibra for me. Cheaper and will score more.

    • You could name Aguero, Costa, Lukaku and Ibra as must have and 3 of those 4 are probably too expensive for most

      • I’m going Aguero Benteke Costa with Firmino Alexis and Ozil the power 3 mids.

    • Not decided yet, but I think I will. I have too many doubts and only 3 playing defenders with Paredes and Souare both out.

      • With your team, you might get away with it Raz. If Gray gets banned though, thats potentially a trf there though.

      • Raz Gray to drop in price tonight also it’s early but sometimes we have to bite the bullet 😉

    • Raz – at the moment, Ive KDB and Hazard (both wont stay). Its likely a 1 into 3 when you include Sanchez as well. Chelsea have some tough upcoming fixtures. Gunners made a good point in keeping Costa over Ibra. Might be worth considering

        Defence is weak in both. Love has lost his place. I wouldnt have a Bournemouth player. I think Capoue is almost too good to be a 5th at the moment. When will you play him with that team? Questionable can Caz get the assists needed in open play

      • Love doesn’t play. I don’t like Swansea but I rather have Kingsley and Amat than a Sunderland defender that comes on for 8 minutes.

    • Cazorla plays as a DM for us. Only will score penalties.

      • He got 23 goals and 35 assists over the last 4 seasons and barely played in the last one. I know you don’t like him (and probably support Spurs 😉 ) but he’s not that bad a shout all round.

        • It is okay Gunners, you can’t like all players. Arsenal players can be pretty annoying, I agree with Innit.

        • Kidding by the way Gunners, I actually love Caz, just like Sanchez a very likeable player. Not to sure about your idea to get Ozil, for worldclass (what he can be) he is so hot and cold.

    • I have McAuley and I am doing McAuley to Evans. Both are playing and I can win 0.1m on McAuley.

      • Who is more likely to lose his spot? Amat or Kingsley? Saw Kingsley in his last match and he was awesome, also going forward.

        • Was under the impression Kingsley was losing his place. Don’t fancy Evans what about Galloway?

        • Raz – I think Taylor got taken off over him the last day. That said, Amat is a CB isnt he? He doesnt have competition really

      • There is a reason McAuley is more expensive though

        • He scored 1 header and Evans can do the same. Last season he scored 1 goal in 3000 minutes and Evans scored a goal and an assist in 2500. With defenders it’s usually about luck. Look at Olsson, he could’ve scored a hatty last season, in 1 game.

        • my gut feel would be he gets more bonus points though? Couldnt be arsed looking it up though smile

        • Last season he got 5 bps, see Evans got 11 last season.
