Live Match Chat Game-week 6 FPL News
Welcome to Live Match Chat Game-week 6 FPL News: Our game-week kicks off at lunchtime on Saturday as an under pressure United host reigning champions Leicester. 3pm on Saturday brings us six games with Bournemouth hosting an inform Everton side. Can Lukaku’s form continue? Liverpool play host to Hull. Can the reds find a way to beat a team they’re expected to sweep aside? Spurs travel up to Teeside to face Boro. How will they cope without Harry Kane? Stoke host West Brom in what is likely to be a snoozefest. There’s likely to be another snoozefest on Wearside as Sunderland host Palace. Our final 3pm game sees City travel to Wales for a game which will hopefully see a certain Argentine run riot. Saturday comes to a conclusion at 5:30pm when 4th place Arsenal host 5th place Chelsea in a London derby that is rarely dull.
Just the one game on Sunday afternoon as West Ham host Southampton. The Hammers are in disarray having lost three on the bounce conceding 11 goals in the process while Southampton will hope to build upon their victory over Swansea last weekend which was their first of the season.
Our game-week concludes on Monday night when Watford travel to Burnley. Watford have been the surprise team this season and Etienne Capoue has been the FPL gift which keeps on giving. This could very well be the first game in which many FPL managers actually play the Frenchman…you just know what’s going to happen!!

Hi Init
As my 247 user name and my FFPL team name differ I guess 247 members cannot get my team up. I thought that when you mentioned a LINK to GUNNERS there was a way for people to see mine ie My Username is Colonial whilst my team name is Hua Hin Utd
colonial..i dont know whether you have knowledge of this or not, but i’m still going to try..you have to link your team along with your ff247 name first.:::: To get this link go to your ‘My Team’ page on the fantasy.premierleague website, click ‘History’ underneath your team kit, and copy this pages’ url into the website field on the Fantasy Football 247 profile page. To get to your profile page you will need to make sure you are logged in, once you are click here or use the ‘Profile – Change Password’ link in the footer (bottom of site) and insert your team-link in the website box under contact info. Then confirm by pressing the ‘update profile’ on the bottom left of that page:::::
Hope this helps.
Thanks Constantine that will do it – I did not read Init’s post properly!!
cheers colonial.
Morning all,
My team got 52 (-4) with Collins, Payet, Capoue and Deeney to play.
Gibson with 9 in the bench waiting to get in for Shaw.
Hoping for Payet assist and brace from Deeney tonight.
Another price drop from Ibra after blank last night, he just unlucky I reckon. He should get at least 2 goals and 1 assist.
No update from Shaw injury, could be replace him with Watford defender (Holebas/Cathart). I would like to double up Arsenal defense (have Cech) but just can’t afford any of them.
I know it’s early, just for my thought.
Is it worth to sell Ibra for Sanchez after Stoke (probably for -4) ?
ichal, i’d keep Ibra for stoke. Also, keep an eye on Shaw injury.Sanchez would’ve been a good option but you already have Ozil there and he too seems to have picking up some form.
Thanks Constantine,
Plan to swap it after Stoke game (after IB).
We’ll see in the International Break then.
Tricky one as who do you take out and you already have Ozil. But if I was on a wc Sanchez would be the second name in my team.
Hi Brooky,
The easiest route to Sanchez would be sell Ibra for me, but I’m not convinced about selling him.
Sanchez and Kun is a must now.
No1 (current team)
No2 ?..which one do you prefer for next 2 games? Thanks a lot mate
Number 2 as it has Sanchez in it.
Second for me mate.
:ok:
Roger..thanks ..
Morning Gentlemen,
So barring any injuries midweek what is everyone’s plan for GW 7? I’m looking to get some more Arsenal coverage and possibly a pool player!
So an 8 point hit…
What you thinking smash?
Probably save the transfer. Would prefer Sanchez in there but you have Ozil. Plus Costa will be suspended soon
How ?
That’s what I need help with Brooky
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Hold your transfer……. failing that Costa to Rashford/Deeney Bolasie to Pool mid ?
Like this? 😉
Then that leaves a pretty weak front line
But a pretty decent midfield
I could move on negredo after the international break
True does leave you with Liverpool midfield. See how Deeney does against Burnley I guess
Hold your transfer……. failing that Costa to Rashford/Deeney Bolasie to Pool mid ?Or Negredo to Diamonde Bolasie to pool mid ?
Not sure why that response included my last response aswell ? Gremlins ?
Thoughts on Walcott?
Not worth a hit.
Apparently things are being switched around behind the scenes Brooky so we’re going to get the odd random occurrence.
Mitro I see little value in bringing in a Watford player for a hit as no doubt with that line up you’d need to (more than likely anyways) Bench a Watford player next GW. It’s like taking a hit for a substitute which is crackers.
Let’s bring Sanchez Mitro
Not normally one for the brag but 77 points with Antonio and Deeney still to come! Ranked 19,336 for the week so far!!
Thanks for the help with the WC on this forum ??
Nice scoring sniper.
Great stuff Sniper!
