Fantasy Football Live Match ChatWelcome to Live Match Chat Game-week 6 FPL News: Our game-week kicks off at lunchtime on Saturday as an under pressure United host reigning champions Leicester. 3pm on Saturday brings us six games with Bournemouth hosting an inform Everton side. Can Lukaku’s form continue? Liverpool play host to Hull. Can the reds find a way to beat a team they’re expected to sweep aside? Spurs travel up to Teeside to face Boro. How will they cope without Harry Kane? Stoke host West Brom in what is likely to be a snoozefest. There’s likely to be another snoozefest on Wearside as Sunderland host Palace. Our final 3pm game sees City travel to Wales for a game which will hopefully see a certain Argentine run riot. Saturday comes to a conclusion at 5:30pm when 4th place Arsenal host 5th place Chelsea in a London derby that is rarely dull.

Just the one game on Sunday afternoon as West Ham host Southampton. The Hammers are in disarray having lost three on the bounce conceding 11 goals in the process while Southampton will hope to build upon their victory over Swansea last weekend which was their first of the season.

Our game-week concludes on Monday night when Watford travel to Burnley. Watford have been the surprise team this season and Etienne Capoue has been the FPL gift which keeps on giving. This could very well be the first game in which many FPL managers actually play the Frenchman…you just know what’s going to happen!!

This is my line up for next week (really early I know, but I’m exceptionally impatient). Took another -8 to bring in Snodgrass, Monreal, and Antonio

    Hey all.

I think my team is in dire need of fixing and close to pulling the trigger on a WC. Attached is what I have to these are the moves made. 0 ITB after these transfers.

    Courtois > Cech
    Kone > Smith
    Shaw > Walker
    Baines > Williams
    Friend > Amat
    Firmino > Lallana
    KDB > Sanchez
    Gray > Rashford

    Any thoughts guys and girls?

Looking at Liverpool’s fixtures up to Boxing Day, and doubling up on midfielders could be a good idea.

Hey guys, I hope everyone’s doing well. Is Walcott going to be a regular starter now for arsenal? With de bruyne possibly out for weeks, would Sanchez be the best replacement for him?

All down to Burnley Watford then….. I need Holebas to play please. The rest can do one.

    Matt says:

Evening fellas. Early thoughts so far but is Morgan and Townsend out to Holebas/any other watford defender and a 6.9 or less midfielder worth a -4 hit?? Townsend needs to go anyway.

      Cookie says:

Which mids are you looking at Matt? Watford have hardly been water tight thus far.

      • Matt says:

Well I was looking at Smith as well but I think Watford’s fixtures are better. The mids I was looking at are Snodgrass and Bolasie maybe even doubling up on Arsenal and bringing in Iwobi. Anyone I’m leaving out?

        • Cookie says:

Matt, is there any way of affording La Llama? Not convinced on Bolaise. Iwobi looks good but there are so many mids battling for a start.
How about a punt on a Bournemouth mid? Chadli? Son?
Snoddy is a decent pick of course.

        • Matt says:

I brought Lallana in this week, Cookie and I also have King in midfield from Bournemouth. My current mid is Ozil, Townsend, Lallana, King and Capoue. I didn’t think of Son! I thought he was a striker. Just checked and I can’t afford him sad

        • Cookie says:

Snoddy is your man then probably Matt, but not sure i’d hit for him.
Nice call on La Llama mate – I was recommending him to Elle, but don’t think he got him 😉

        • Matt says:

Cheers mate. Was also just looking at Fletcher or Hojberg to become my 5th mid while Capoue starts then use the extra 2 Mil to upgrade either Heaton or Jaku to Cech??

Yeah I think Lallana is an absolute bargain at 7.1 can’t believe Elle didn’t listen to you. He was unsure of everything this week laugh hahah

        • inertia says:

Hojbjerg was good today and seems to be getting more gametime, would not be a bad cheap mid choice
