Live Match Chat Game-week 8 FPL News

Welcome to Live Match Chat Game-week 8 FPL News: Here we go again!! We kick off GW8 with a proper match up as the two previous champions tangle when the Foxes visit Chelsea for a lunch time fixture. That is followed up by six more games. Arsenal welcome Swansea so they can fill their boots, The Cherries play Hull in a snoozer, City look to rebound vs Everton, while in other action we see a classic when Sunderland visits Stoke. West Brom look to stop the only undefeated team left when Spurs come marching in and we finish our Saturday fixtures with Palace happy to see the struggling Hammers in for a visit.

Sunday sees a rest day for us all. Honestly no one should bother with the Sunday schedule. Just take care of what needs to be done so you can sit and enjoy the Monday barnburner.

Klopp vs Mourinho, Coutinho vs Mata, Ibra vs Firmino, Rashford vs Mane, Pogba vs his price tag. All we know is that we will have our time reserved to not be bothered when Liverpool and United face off.

    On paper my setup for next week looks phenomenal!

    What a shocker, im on 21 points with Capoue and Deeney (C) left to play. Hoping for a bournemouth sized result laugh
    Cant believe Chadli scored vs Spurs, lost my Walker CS and Chadli my highest scoring player so far is on my bench and is only coming on if Capoue or Deeney doesnt start which aint going to happen lol

      Bayern, that is brutal on Chadli! Deeney and Capoue could still save you, but I wouldn’t be expecting too much :/ I’m with you on hoping Capoue comes through though!
      I’m on 27 with Capoue, Coutinho, and Rashford to play, with McAuley’s 2pts coming off the bench for Rose. Not good, but not horrible.

    Morning all,

    Another shocker with 17 (-4) points with Ibra, Deeney and Gibson and maybe Cathart to play.

    laugh

    Oh wow, what a crap week! I’m on 25 (-4) with only Austin and Firm to come.

    Anyway, looking forward to next GW, I have recognised that Wally is a must have. I am planning to upgrade Antonio to him, but in order to do that, I need to find 0.7mil from somewhere. Would you rather do:
    1. Baines -> Smith
    OR
    2. PVA -> Amat
    Thoughts??

    Hi guys, how could I track back my previous post? Would like to give credit to the mate who asked me to keep Costa and get Wally instead of ditching Costa and getting Sanchez. This move saves my sorry Kunned week.

    Also credit to Pancho who suggested Stoke defender. Cheers mate

    By the way is Allen a Alli in the making?

    I was thinking Antonio to Lallana, but Siggy as a false number 9 is also sort of interesting.

      Smash10 says:

      Antonio to Lallana sounds good. Siggy was only playing there because they were away to Arsenal

      • Raziel says:

        New manager Smash10, maybe this one is smarter and puts away Bony on the bench and lets Siggy play there? But you might be right. It’s the same risk as I made with ANtonio, suddenly playing as right or left wingback, which is shite. sad

        What I like about Siggy is that he’s also on all set pieces and penalties though.
