Live Match Chat Game-week 8 FPL News

Welcome to Live Match Chat Game-week 8 FPL News: Here we go again!! We kick off GW8 with a proper match up as the two previous champions tangle when the Foxes visit Chelsea for a lunch time fixture. That is followed up by six more games. Arsenal welcome Swansea so they can fill their boots, The Cherries play Hull in a snoozer, City look to rebound vs Everton, while in other action we see a classic when Sunderland visits Stoke. West Brom look to stop the only undefeated team left when Spurs come marching in and we finish our Saturday fixtures with Palace happy to see the struggling Hammers in for a visit.

Sunday sees a rest day for us all. Honestly no one should bother with the Sunday schedule. Just take care of what needs to be done so you can sit and enjoy the Monday barnburner.

Klopp vs Mourinho, Coutinho vs Mata, Ibra vs Firmino, Rashford vs Mane, Pogba vs his price tag. All we know is that we will have our time reserved to not be bothered when Liverpool and United face off.

Rose didn’t even make the Spurs bench. Brought him in instead of Vert. Anyone seen any news on that? Last time I ignore the chicken’s advice…

I’ve heard nothing but I remember him taking a hefty challenge against Slovenia late on (Yeah I was foolish enough to watch the full 90 minutes of that one), might be a delayed reaction from that.

Sterling playing as a wingback. Is that where he’s been playing? I didn’t think it was but I’m not positive.

If you are not positive, you are negative?

Pancho is nicht positive, sondern negativ. 😉

Trying to pimp up my German skills, my nigga. laugh

      • Raziel says:

Positive has to be positiv in German. FFS. >.<

      • Pancho says:

Raz, probably work on the English first and not use racial slurs

        • Raziel says:

I’ll do as I please. Most people I speak with say my English is great. 😉

Amongst them an English teacher. HAHA! But have to admit, they don’t teach English in England.

As for racial slurs. I do as I please, my wigga. We’re not in Murica or anything, where rapists and crooks run for presidency. laugh

        • Pancho says:

No comment on our presidential options. They are both horrible!
But it doesn’t matter where you are, it’s disrespectful to use terms that have been used anywhere in the world to oppress people. I’d think someone who works with refugees would be a little more sensitive to racist language :/

        • Pancho says:

And I think your English is good, just not that choice of words smile

        • Raziel says:

Actually Pancho, I am very open about these things and say pretty much everything. I do understand your point that you might think that. But the whole problem is people and how they use language. For me the word ”nigger” is something I would never use. Also, I use it in this context (on this site, as banter), I don’t say it to random people or random black people. Though, I have had black friends all of my life and I am pretty sure I said ”MY NIGGA” to a few of them, jokingly. Which doesn’t have a negative load to it.

And shrugs, if it was that bad. I think they had to cancel pretty much all the series/movies in Murica, plus you would have no black artists left, in the scene. 😉

I was joking about your president candidates. I do feel really sorry for you. The lesser evil is should be Clinton, but even she is awful. HAHA!

        • Raziel says:

On that note, I don’t live in America. So I don’t feel the same type of racial slur and I don’t know how society takes care of these things. I’d say it is more important the black community is given chances (in education and work). Give them real chances. Not a liquor/gun-store and every streetcorner.

Anyway, I get your point. But you have to understand it is banter. I can call you wigga though? :p

        • Pancho says:

Raz, I’m not saying you are racist or that you meant anything offensive by it. There is just a highly international group represented here and I think we wouldn’t want to offend those who don’t know our personal contexts and experiences.
Now, isn’t there some footy on?! 😉
