In other action, the best defence (Spurs) faces Leicester, who can’t defend, so much so that even United scored on them…4 times. Watford and Hull duel in a battle of fugly kits, The Baggies face first place City at the Hawthorns and Palace finish the day off with a match up against the “WE ARE GOING TO WIN THE LEAGUE” Liverpool.
Sunday gives us two more fixtures. Struggling for a win Everton faces the slightly improving Hammers. In the late game, Chelsea and their suddenly vaunted attack look to stop the Saints from continuing their march up the table.
Monday closes the game-week off with a made for Halloween fixture, as only the freaks will be out and about to watch Stoke and Swansea scare each other with their bad play.

Is it just me that thinks Matic is turning out to be a quality addition to the fpl team? He has 5 assists in his last 7 and costs just 5.0! Ive had him for a while now, got him in as an enabler and has proved to be a valued part of my team.
I’d stick with him, said before he’s an odd one. He really shouldn’t produce what he does but always seems to come up with assists. It’s been prevelant in the CL game for 2 years now. It’s obviously starting to filter into FPL now as well.
Yeh am surprised as I didnt have any more than 5.0 at the time so just got him in but hes rewarded me to say the least. Then again when you see my team you’ll understand, lets just say hes one of my top performers :straight:

I don’t think it’s that daft to be honest given Citeh’s next three games.
I ‘tipped’ Stones in the article this week. It was 50/50 serious and tongue in cheek as I also mentioned him in terms of comedy defending. Alongside Liverpool (thanks for that one Lovren
) But… it was semi serious too in terms of the fixtures, I wouldn’t discount him as an option, especially given his price.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see them go on a run of say 3 cleanies in the next 4.

Brought Firmino and Coutinho in replace Wally and Payet last minute before deadline.

Can’t comment on performance as I haven’t seen the match yet. I see he has two in two now though. I’ll be investigating his performances and obviously watch the highlights later today at some point.
