Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 10 FPL News: And we are off!! Game-week 10 gets us going with a foregone conclusion, as Arsenal will grab the 3 points when they travel to the Stadium of light Darkness. That “one team rolling over and playing dead” fixture is followed by six more. United look to bore Burnley off the pitch, Boro and Bournemouth tangle in another battle of low expectations. In other action, the best defence (Spurs) faces Leicester, who can’t defend, so much so that even United scored on them…4 times. Watford and Hull duel in a battle of fugly kits, The Baggies face first place City at the Hawthorns and Palace finish the day off with a match up against the “WE ARE GOING TO WIN THE LEAGUE” Liverpool.
Sunday gives us two more fixtures. Struggling for a win Everton faces the slightly improving Hammers. In the late game, Chelsea and their suddenly vaunted attack look to stop the Saints from continuing their march up the table.
Monday closes the game-week off with a made for Halloween fixture, as only the freaks will be out and about to watch Stoke and Swansea scare each other with their bad play.

  1. Did Ozil to Couthino last night to take advantage of price rises and he’s already gone up haha. I have 1 more FT this week that has to be used on Valencia. Right now I’m thinking: Alonso, Walker/Alderwiereld, Kos/Mustafi. Any other team I should be considering??

    • You could stick with United? Darmian is fairly attacking

      • I don’t really fancy their fixtures to be honest but the way Jose has them playing I don’t think it matter what the fixture is because it’s all out defence. Maybe Blind since he’s on Set pieces?

    • Morgan?

      • Sorry Snook I thought the pic loaded. I already have Morgan here’s the full squad.

    • I’d be looking at saving a little bit of cash so I’d maybe look at Pool and Citeh defenders with their decent looking fixtures, that way you could look to do something about shifting away from the Bournemouth double attack after the Sunderland fixture.

      • Cheers Andy. I really don’t see Liverpool keeping a CS but Lovren or Clyne could be a good bet with their attacking potential especially Clyne.

    • Matt

That’s a fair move you have made already. I’d hold the other FT until Friday though. CL this week and look at the Walcott situation last week, anything can happen in training.

If Chelsea put up another clean sheet today that would point to me to bring one of theirs in.

      • Cheers GP. Would hold it till Friday anyway mate only did the one last night because I knew I’d get money out of it.

Is Alonso best bet for Chelsea? It looks like he’s playing wingback but I’m not sure.

    • Matt, i have gone with Fuchs mate..just look at his next 4-5 fixtures.. sumptuous i must say..already on a goal and an assist that guy.

      • Already have Morgan Constant but Fuchs is a good shout for Leicester defence if needed.

  2. Morning guys hope your game week is going to plan..I however am not wrong cpt choice..
Anyway is this worth a -4 son to gunda deeney to giroud cheers DC

    • No. Giroud is still only returning from injury so I think he’ll be a sub player for a few weeks. And Gundogan I’m not sure about his gametime yet.

    • dc

If ever there were transfer moves to illustrate chasing points, it’s those.

      Not for me.

  3. Guys, how did Son fare last night? Planning to play 4-3-3 if he didn’t do that well.

    • Constantine,
Son a bit quite last night, Alli, Eriksen and Jansen play a big role with a lot of chances.

  4. 0.1 ITB , 1 FT. Should I save FT or do something?

Had a good GW till now with 66 and Costa, Allen, Grant to play.

  5. Damn, Deeney lost his assist. sad

  6. Really p—-d off with myself I was a bit worse for wear last night so missed doing my TF now can’t afford great , back to the drawing board;)

    • Ah that’s unlucky Silvers. What moves was it maybe there’s a simple solution you just aren’t seeing?

      • Hey Matt how are we was doing Snoddy & Cap for Redmond & Gund .1m short now looks if I will just do Snoddy to Redmond which was kinda my plan anyway but need to off load one of my Wat players now maybe Deeney to Wilson not sure

        • Yeah, poor you. Watford. Poor, poor, poor. sad

        • Well that’s not too bad why not do Snoddy and Capoue to Redmond and Matic?? Matic is more nailed on aswell I feel.
