Live Match Chat Gameweek 11 FPL News

Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 10 FPL News: Our game-week starts at 3pm on Saturday afternoon. It’s like the good old days. Well it’s not really as there’s only 4 games at 3pm. First up is 3 points for Bournemouth as they welcome the hapless David Moyes and his bunch of not so merry men from Sunderland. Crystal Palace travel to face Tom Heaton Burnley. Having beaten Barcelona on Tuesday night City will be confident of taking 3 points as they host Middlesbrough. West Ham host an ever improving Stoke side. Let’s hope that Andy Carroll is ok following Wednesday’s incident when he was held at gunpoint. Rumour has it the incident was carried out by the same gang who stole Shergar! Saturday concludes at 5:30pm when Everton travel to face a Chelsea side who have won 4 on the bounce.
Sunday kicks off at midday with the North London derby as Spurs make the short trip to the Emirates. Expect a feisty encounter as Spurs will be keen not to lose further ground to their nearest & dearest. Sunday also sees Hull host Southampton, free scoring Liverpool host Watford, United travel to Wales to face Swansea, while our game-week concludes as Leicester host West Brom.

Guys quick question. Ive already done 3 transfers for -8 hit. If I use my wildcard will I get those points back? Also, whats the story with the wildcards? Is it one before Christmas and one after?

Hey fellas, anyone still awake? Just taking a break from the crazy political crap over here in the States and read the Sanchez news. Hazard seems the obvious replacement (if Sanchez is truly out for a bit), but Chelsea’s schedule for the next few weeks isn’t very appealing. Anyone thinking about KDB instead? Or are you going with the ol’ ‘form over fixtures’ philosophy?

Just Red! Although your pantomime over there may keep me entertained and fixated for a good bit yet in bed! I don’t think there’s a definitive answer to that one as there’s a perfectly good case for either. Hazard’s is probably that he absolutely will play every game without a doubt. KDB should, but probably won’t. It’ll be a decision I’ll need to make myself next week if Sanchez is still a doubt. My initial thought was this though – go Hazard.

      • RedVT says:

Thanks init. Could be interesting viewing if it’s a close race, probably won’t know anything concrete for a while yet though. I like that Hazard’s on penalties but he’s usually pretty shit away from home and plays away 2 of the next 3. How long are you going to hold fire on the transfer if Sanchez is dropping and the others are rising? I was actually thinking of dropping him for one of those two before this injury, so I’m not sure how many price changes I want to absorb waiting for more news. Just worried that I’ll bring in someone who gets crocked themselves!

        • inittowinit says:

I’ve got a good bit in the bank so I’ll probably see it through to the end before deciding. Don’t think Sanchez will plummet unless anything more definitive comes out which it probably won’t until nearer the games. No reason for them to go shouting and give the game away. They are South American’s were talking about here after all!

When I said there was nothing to choose between them by the way I was talking the players not the presidential candidates!

        • RedVT says:

Hahaha. I don’t like either one of them (the candidates I mean). I ended up writing in Bernie Sanders on my ballot who is from my home state of Vermont (VT). He’s a local guy who everyone here knows, I used to drink and play pool with his son all the time in my younger days. I think Hillary will beat Trump handily in the end, which is probably a good thing for everyone the world over, lol.

        • inittowinit says:

It’s a sign! You turned up to choose between two and picked the 3rd. You should buy Mane smile

        • DMC says:

Ok Red this seems to be very tight so if Trump wins we’ll blame it on you. Heck, if Hilary wins we’ll blame it on you too for not cheering for Bernie enough.

        • Snookie Bear says:

Red you got trunped lol laugh

        • RedVT says:

Think this one caught the entire world out gentlemen. Bernie and his supporters were proven right when they said he was the best candidate to beat Trump. Self-inflicted gunshot wound for Debbie Wasserman Shultz and the DNC!

        • Silvers says:

Hey Red when you elected a cowboy as president I thought that was bad but now a clown :smiling:

        • Silvers says:

          sorry mate didn’t att

A £10 bet on Leicester winning the title, Brexit and Trump winning the election would’ve returned £25 million.
