Live Match Chat Gameweek 12 FPL News
Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 12 FPL News: A two week gap in FPL can seem like an eternity, especially when you have to watch the international games knowing that you’re precious assets are literally risking injury at every turn. Thankfully it’s now over and we can return to normality this weekend. All the worry over whether Sanchez / Hazard / Costa / ‘insert your player name here’ is either fit / injured / on a plane / missed a plane / drunk / ‘insert daft rich player behaviour here’, is almost over. This is a rare PL weekend as we have a grand total of 8 games on Saturday. GW12 itself begins on Saturday lunchtime as Manchester United host Arsenal and runs all the way through to Monday evening when the excitement will surely reach a crescendo with West Brom hosting Burnley. You can almost taste the sarcasm in that one. In between those the title race hots up as new leaders Liverpool visit Southampton at the same time that most peoples early favourites Man City hit the road to visit Lord Pardew of Palace. Elsewhere Lukaku will be a much captained hero or zero, as he always is, as Everton entertain Swansea before Spurs and West Ham bring Saturday to a close with a London derby. After an unusually busy first day, Sunday will feel a bit sparse with just the one game, which sees the Chelsea juggernaut travel north and it’ll probably plough straight on through Middlesbrough without stopping before returning back down south with 3 points and another handful of goals and FPL points in its back pocket. Cherish it though, as then there’s Monday…

Cookie and Init,
Carrying on from last page:
Yes, Big Vic to be bench fodder mostly though he has a couple of nice fixtures. Free up all those monies to turn sterling into Haz and use the next two weeks to shuffle Kun/Luky to a mid price striker and Capoue into another more premium mid…
Then blow it all up with a wildcard after Xmas when it goes tits up!
Kane in for Aguero anyone???
Risky also no forward did exceptionally well this week to be fair.
Apart from Kane
I wouldn’t talk you out of it.Normality seems to be out of the window this season and Aguero is struggling to justify his price tag at the mo.We all know how explosive he can be ,but that seems to be few and far between these days !!!
Not yet tekno!
Looking at the respective teams fixture lists only makes me feel better about this move – City face the Chelsea, Leicester, Liverpool, Arsenal, Everton, and Spurs in their next 10. Spurs’ 3 next home matches are against Swansea, Hull, and Burnley.
KDB & Kane sound better than KDB & Aguero taking this into consideration. Will possibly do this move for GW 14!
Can someone advise who the best 4.4 defender is?
Is Nathan Ake likely to get a run in the team? Or maybe Chambers?
I already have Swansea, Watford & Stoke.
Need to free up some funds for Kane (probably tonight).
Thanks.
Nyom of WBA?
Forgot to mention my keepers are Foster and Pickford.
Either double up on West Brom, go with Chambers or take a punt on Ake??
Can’t see many other options.
Ake was likely only playing with Smith suspended so I’d rule him out, you could double on Watford with Kaboul but none of the options are great in that price bracket.
Thanks Andy. I think, to avoid doubling up, my only playing options are Chambers or Kone. Sunderland are shite, so leaning towards Chambers of Boro.
Where do these GW come from I can’t even say my score 1player left 26 point I can’t bring myself to log in tomorrow I will drop out of site oh well on to the nk GW 😉
Yes, but everybody had a bad week.
So we will drop, but just a little bit!
errrrrr, can we swap teams.
Cech smashed it as my highest points scorer with 3!
14 points here, with 3 to play, none of them Hazard.
& just to really make my day I sat down with some beers to watch The Hammers stick it to the spuds and was well forgetting fpl points until the 87th minute.
Insert sweary rant here & move on.
14 points here with Capoue & Pickford on the bench wasting 17 points! I’m so used to it I’m not even disappointed
Thoughts on this lot for next gw.1Ft 1.3m in the bank.Would you do….
A.Kos to Holebas Redmond to Firminho for – 4
B Save transfer then do Lukaku to Kane.
C Neither of those moves ???
Take the hit!!
It’s miraculous that, after a fortnight of yellow and red flags, my squad has 15/15 available… including Amat, who seems to be back in favour, for now!
Gundogan and Stuani now become my main concerns… I have 1 FT and 0.4m in the bank.
Might just hold my FT for now. Looks like I’m 0.1m short of Costa —–> Kane…
Apparently Amat had a great game today. So fingers crossed he’s earnt his spot back.
Whilst I’d be quite concerned at Gundogan and Stuani, I think not having Kane could be a greater concern!
