Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 13 FPL News: If you scored big in GW12 or for that matter simply respectable, you are either a psychic or somehow life led you down a path where you turned to into a Victor Anichebe owner. Think we will take the low score and a clean conscience, but that’s just us and no one said we were not spiteful. Anyway, Burnley gets their tokus handed to them by City to start the game-week. That is followed by four 3pm games. Hull take on the aliens who stole Liverpool’s attacking talents in West Brom. We also see the champs host Boro, the Swans tangle with Palace in the EPL’s version of Sunday league football and poor man’s West Brom, Liverpool host the suddenly alive Black Cats who by the way have used more than their allotted 9 lives to survive relegation over the last couple of seasons. Saturday is closed by the best fixture on paper when first place Chelsea tangles with Spurs. Expect Tottenham to try and keep the status quo as they have already reached their end of season goal. Behind Arsenal and back in the Europa zone right where they belong.
Sunday brings us 4 fixtures. Watford has an easy one as they get the Allen-less Stoke side in the opening game of the day. Arsenal get back to their scoring ways against The Cherries and that is followed up by the last 2 fixtures. United look to gain ground on the top teams when they face West Ham and Southampton sorta welcomes back their former manager when Everton pay a trip to the St. Mary’s stadium.

They kept it quiet last week so I’m not sure whether we will get much info either way. I did enjoy Robinson’s performance though if it’s any consolation! Apart from him keeping Kun to just the 2 of course, 2 class saves there.

      • Pancho says:

I definitely Agree Innit! That save on Kun’s left footed curler was phenomenal. Full diving stretch to the right side. Like a spry young 20 year old smile

        • inittowinit says:

He’s an ex-England no1 so it probably shouldn’t be a surprise that he’s pretty good but when I saw the news initially and saw his age and actually took a second look to be sure because I thought he’d retired ages ago I was sceptical at best!

        • Pancho says:

Yeah, but to still have that save in your Arsenal at 37 is amazing. Maybe he should get a recall :/

        • inittowinit says:

I’d have preferred him to what Hart did at the Euros! Even Grobbelaar’s betting syndicate blushed at those ‘efforts’ smile

i have 0.3 ITB and 1 FT left. i have to transfer out coutinho as i will lose 0.1 if his value decreases tonight. I can not upgrade to hazard or alexis without taking -8 hit(unless i downgrade Koscielny or downgrade kun to kane). So any suggestion regarding the transfer would be very much appreciated.

Hi hochoki, what’s the whole plan there please? Bit confused by your post.

      • hochoki says:

i am also confused about the transfer plans .. i just know one thing that i have to transfer out coutinho .. but not sure about the replacement options. Too much options i guess 😛

        1. kun + coutinho to kane + hazard(-4)
        2. coutinho + Fuchs/williams to rose/walker + siggy/walcott(-4)
        3. Coutinho+koscielny to hazard+cedric(-4)
        4 coutino+austin+fuchs to kane+zaha/phillips+cedric(-8)
or just do coutinho to siggy and wait for the update of holebas??

    Hello lads *tips hat*

I ended up with a nice score after all due to Cedric, Wally, and Austin, but I need to take action with Coutinho’s injury. The plan was always to get Kane in for next GW, but it seems that Coutinho needs to go as well. My original plan was to do Aguero to Kane, but Coutinho’s injury means that I can keep Aguero and sell Austin for Kane instead. I am well aware dat Austin has nice fixtures coming up, but Southampton scores little, 3 out of the next 4 are away, and surely it is better to sell Austin instead of Aguero or Costa? Aguero has 3 of the next 4 at home, too.

I did consider doing swapping Coutinho to Eriksen, but he has produced too little and Spurs’ fixtures are too good to not get Kane. My plan of action is to do Coutinho and Austin to Phillips and Kane for -4. That leaves enough funds itb to get Pedro or Siggy for Bolasie next week. Phillips may not have the best upcoming fixtures, but are there better options at that price?

3 expensive forwards make it very easy to upgrade a mid, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Austin comes back in for one of the three in the future to do just that. However, I am more than content to ride with 3 expensive forwards for the time being.

Also, I have sufficient cover in case Holebas and Heaton are injured so no need to do anything with them, at least not this GW.

Thoughts peeps? Open to alternative suggestions.

how did everyone do this weekend? I’ve seen some mixed scores so far. I did really well, proper chuffed, armband on Kun, 8th points, jumped fro somewhere around 240000th position up to 60ish 000th position. And as a bonus – I don’t own coutino. I know that The will be short lived and my team will probably take a hammering next week but I’m enjoying this one while it lasts smile
