Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 15 FPL News: GW15 begins with Watford hosting Everton at lunchtime on Saturday. What are you having for lunch? Whatever it is, it’ll probably be more exciting than this will be. Sorry to start you off on a downer but we didn’t pick the televised fixtures. After that we have four 3pm games, the most notable of which, in terms of FPL, is probably Sanchez hosting Stoke. Saturday closes out with a Kun-less Man City visiting a clueless Leicester. Sunday begins with either Chelsea hammering West Brom or West Brom making our Sunday boring with a shutout. United and Spurs do battle after that, as do the Saints and ‘Boro. Klopp sees the week out when his lot look to hammer the Hammers

Can someone please confirm how the January wildcard works? Must it be used in January, like previous seasons? I seem to remember reading that it was different this year? Thanks.

ps currently sat on 29 with Firmino, Costa, Hazard, Kane, Carroll & Lovren to play, so could be worse.

Any suggestions on this lot. May save the transfer. Britos and Williams are issues though. 0.8 in the bank

I think I’d save it unless you can see a switch on Britos for someone useful who you could actually play this week. Don’t ask me who though as it won’t be a Spurs or Chelsea given the price and picking one from the rest right now is a bloody lottery! Then again how much is Phil Jones? He could be useful given their run. That’s if he’s nailed on.

Thinking of getting Siggy in tonight before he goes up.

Should I ditch Allen or Fletcher? Obviously losing Allen leaves me more funds / flexibility moving forward, but the bench would look a lot better without Fletcher!

      inittowinit says:

You’d have a cracking front 8 for Christmas if it was Fletcher. Well ok, 7.5 if we properly classify Carroll smile Someone’s going to miss out with rotation at some point so you may as well cover yourself with proper players while you can. I bought Siggy this week, he comes highly recommended laugh

Hey guys, barring any injuries/suspensions (damnednabit) to my side in tomorrow’s games should I just stick to the boring FT of bringing in Amat for Kingsley? I’ve a cracking first eleven but I’m really lacking depth, ideally I don’t want to put any more cash into my back line or bench as I don’t want my future Aguero plan to cost more than a minus four so I’d prefer a budget pick. I’m also not missing anything obvious am I, I overthought this GW completely by taking a rather unnecessary hit.

As you’ve identified, it’s your bench that needs addressing here. As boring as it sounds something like Kingsley to Amat is probably sensible.

      inittowinit says:

You have an Aguero plan already?! Probably need to get one of those too actually… Been too busy splashing his cash around like a kid in a sweet shop so far smile

      • Andy says:

It’s not so much a plan but if I only use the spare cash from selling Aguero into upgrading one player (Redmond possibly) and not spread it into different areas then surely it would only take one -4 to get him in, who for though could be a bigger question with Ibra and Kane in the 3-5-2.

        • inittowinit says:

Something usually presents itself unexpectedly over the course of 4 weeks. Especially with congested fixtures. Costa hasn’t done his hammy for a while……..

Hello lads, hope you all are doing well this round. I’m curious, what do people think about Walcott to Siggy? Seems like Siggy has both superior fixtures and form so seems like a good transfer to me.

Lads – any recommendations on a car that could hold 3 car seats in the back?

      inittowinit says:

      Are we expecting?!

Cookie should be able to recommend one I’m guessing!

      TheDreamers says:

no mate. Never say never though and the car is being changed anyway so might as well put some forward planning into it

      • inittowinit says:

You must be a glutton for punishment! We said enough at one. We now have two, somehow….. Three aint happening.

        • TheDreamers says:

Honestly – to say in two minds is an understatement. Have 2 girls, a 6 year old and a 4 year old.

        • inittowinit says:

I’d stick mate, you don’t need another hit smile

        • TheDreamers says:

so irrespective of the kids, I still need a car smile

The Mondeo has broken my heart.

        • inittowinit says:

Why, what’s it done to you?! Fun fact anyway, I think this may be a little unique – bearing in mind I turn 40 in about 2 weeks and I’ve driven since I was 17, I’ve never actually owned a car in my life!

        • TheDreamers says:

I’m only 3 years younger than you. Owning a car comes down to a variety of things. Depending on where someone lives for one can make owning a car ludicrous. I’m rural, no public transport and the town I work in has a population of about 20k.

Was over in London last week at an event. 800 odd at it. One of the presenters has been on 8 out 10 cats. Have a photo somewhere.

Anyway, wudnt even consider a car if I lived there

        • TheDreamers says:

And dont start me on that car…..

Its actually the wifes car. Prob about 1-2k a year on non expected costs

        • inittowinit says:

I’m not in London mate, I do about 40k a year in a car I’ve just never owned one! I inherited my Mums Metro when she unfortunately passed away when I was 18 and I drove that into the ground at Uni and then got a job with a company car and I’ve never not had one since, touch wood. Just feels odd to have got this far without owning one!

        • TheDreamers says:

18 is very young. My condolences. My mother passed at 55.

40k is some serious mileage. You might want to consider a ” what you actually do” thread/round/ discussion/ debate sometime. Then again…. careful what you wish for and all that.

        • TheDreamers says:

Cheers Cookie – you have twins right? and a little one?

Our eldest is in the booster already so might have a little more scope for alternatives. Did you look at the I40 comfort plus by any chance or did the need for 3 full car seats rule it out?

      • teo says:
