Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 16 FPL News: And the silly season begins… Our first game-week on top of another, quickly followed by another. Expect rotation, expect the unexpected. As much as traditional team selections may go out of the window, expected results often do too. Welcome to the beginning of the reason they give us an opportunity to select 15 playing players. We hope you took that particular gift and didn’t squander it as it’s one you may well need, starting this evening, in all probability. Talking of which we begin with two games on Tuesday as Bournemouth face a suddenly rejuvenated Leicester, don’t get too excited though, they won’t get to play against Stones and co every week. Arsenal then face a beleaguered and strangely uninterested Everton at Goodison. Wednesday then sees a bumper night with 8 fixtures in total with the likes of Spurs, Man City and Chelsea all having games from which they should, in theory, have us all celebrating good fantasy points…
Whether they do or not please feel free to join us on the journey and post your thoughts, feelings, frustrations and hopefully celebrations. And no doubt the odd rate my rate as GW17 follows in quick succession!

Me too. Absolute disaster, on 32 points after the Mane hit. Most in my ML didn’t even know that there were midweek games and they’re on 60+. I hate this game.

We’re all getting carried away with some talk already of Kane and Hazard coming out when looking at the games ahead and their obvious class, you wouldn’t take them out if fit. Caught up in the moment a bit. Need to relax a bit and consider moves when stuff has settled. I know, it’s less fun but it’s what we should do.
Yup.. Thats true GP.. We cant have everyone but Hazard’s price is making me think twice about him especially looking at spurs fixtures.. I guess Eriksen is a must have now..

Every week a player gets a good points haul and suddenly he is the next “must have”. Lallana is a good example. Everyone knows that Liverpool will score goals. Everyone knows that the Mids will share them out over time. And yet there is a mad panic to switch between them. Chillax people!
