Mert should be the best option as he has very good upcoming fixtures.
Fulham and Aston Villa also have pretty good fixtures so if you are looking for something cheap then go for Riise (very, very attacking) or Luna.

Both Chambers and Baker are bench material, and only temporary replacements in the team for Vlaar and Clyne, i guess.
And have faith in Ramsey. Upcoming fixtures of Arsenal are too sweet to drop a midfielder from Arsenal.
WH, NC, Cardiff, AV, SOTON and Fulham are too hard to ignore.
You can just work out by replacing Ivan with a team with good fixtures coming up including Arsenal, Everton, AV and Fulham.
