Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 17 FPL News: After the excitement (maybe not!) of the midweek fixtures we are back with a long weekend of games beginning on Saturday lunchtime with Chelsea chasing records at Pardew’s Palace. We move swiftly on to four relatively dull looking games at 3pm, if we are being totally honest about it! It reads more like a relegation audition or next seasons typical Championship fixture list than any sort of Premier League bonanza. Ahem, sorry, we’re supposed to build you up into a frenzy of excitement to encourage the conversation about what is to come and what is happening aren’t we?! We’ll actually forgive you if you leave at 2pm and return at 5pm though, just this once! The evening game could actually be an interesting one as Man United visit West Brom, both of whom enjoyed midweek wins. Sunday begins with a south coast derby followed by arguably the clash of the weekend as Pep meets Wenger at the Etihad. At the same time as that one Spurs will seek to gain some ground on the leaders as they host Burnley. Our game-week closes out on Monday with another derby game, this time on Merseyside. How is Rodriguez a midfielder? Even though on the same website his stats say forward
he used to play striker, then he got injured now he is playing as no9. He has struggled a bit since injury. His second goal was awesome, Bournemouth couldnt do anything to stop that
Theres a few players in similar predicaments, like Alonso is listed on EPL as a defender when he is actually playing in midfield, so in that scenario having Alsono is awesome because far greater chance of assists and goals with the added bonus of clean sheets. They only update player positions at start of new season, so maybe next season Rodriguez will be in midefield.
Shame thought he’d be perfect replacement for nacho! Back to drawing board

Cant wait to see Sanchez against Kolarov and Otamendi.. Kolarov is not equipped to play in CB.. Some of PeP’s selections are laughable..
