  3. Yeah, got someone in my mini-league who’s score of 59 sticks out like a sore thumb!
    She’s made no changes since the start but has Anelka as Captain.

  4. Boys, obviously not a great week… But glad I brought in Kompany an dropped Vlaar and Mirallas! Am on 13 points I think, and assuming that Whittingham subs for Roomey, I’ll be 15 from 4.

    One dillemma though: Silva to….??????? I have 9.4 in the bank???

    Navas?
    Nasri?
    Coutinho?

    My midfield is currently: Sila, Hazard, Wally, Cabaye & Whittingham!

    WHAT DO I DO? I am leaning toward Navas, but would like some other opinions, thanks!!

    • Depends on when you want to play yo wc.. May be worth keeping Silva if you want to wc GW23

      • I am pretty happy with my team ATM, so will probs play my WC later in Jan… But even if I do decide to play it early, there are still 3/4 GWs and I don’t want to be losing money on Silva!!

        So Navas? Nasir? Ciutinho? Or anyone else???

    • I was considering Nasri, although after this week I may avoid Man City altogether.
      Huge hype to get Man City players in the team for this week cos they play Palace, result 1-0!!

        I don’t mind going elsewhere but with Citys fixtures I don’t want to miss out on another goal frenzy!!!

        • What about YaYa? I’d have thought he;d be nailed on now Silva’s out.

        • Mmmm yeh, but I can’t afford him, by selling Silva I only have 9.4 to purchase a new player with, and I don’t want to take hits unless there’s another injury!

        • I have had navas for a while now and he’s severed me well in recent weeks – one goal, three assists and a bunch of bonus points (if I remember correctly) I thin Nasir will get a start but with his form I personally doubt navas will be dropped – then again yaya had amazing form and was still rested.

          Anyway, one of the goals and one of the assists were both from off the bench so I don’t think it’ll be too bad if he gets put on the bench!

  6. Aight so I’ve Krul, Coleman, Shaw, Cabaye and Walcott (C) left while my opponent has Merte, Ozil and Barkley left and a 3 point lead over me (both have Hazard, Lukaku and Suarez). I should be able to win this right?

    • I’d have thought so, unless Oezil has a blinder tomorrow.

        • He does if you don’t put the umlaut over the O Bob.

          Sorry that my response was abit blunt.

          Yes the umlaut is the two dots above the O, makes the O sound like its got an “e” next to it, so you pronounce it Oezil not Ozil,

          So “Oe” is the same as Ö.

          Stating what I thought was true (which it isn’t) as if it was a fact without even checking.
          I meant to say I’m pretty sure that ………… But I didn’t, so again, sorry about that.

          I guess I thought you thought there was a e on his shirt which there isn’t.

          I’ll remember about the e being a replacement for the umlaut – it’s a pretty useful fact actually! Thanks!

          Well if you never fail, you never get anywhere in life, and now that I’ve failed I got somewhere!
