Early substitutions so i’m not worrying about anything on Christmas Eve…

Throwing in Giroud and Nolan for Negredo and Delph before I look to wildcard first week of January…looking to start the new year with a bang.

And then i’ll add…no Suarez (c) against Hull, playing it risky with Giroud against a Cardiff side intent on doing everything they can to make their chairman cry.

I might just replace Ozil with Nolan too, although Lallana seems like a better option lately.

Who will come in for Yaya/Rooney

    Subs: Ravel, Distin, Rosenior

Who’s defence do you think is least likely to leak goals on Wednesday?

    Hull (vs. Liverpool)
    or
    Cardiff (vs. Arsenal)

Considering who to play – Davies or Burner.

This is also a good Suárez / Walcott captaincy debate question.

My vote: Cardiff more leaky – hence play Davies and Walcott (c)

More importantly, who do *you* think will leak more goals?

      • Ripcurl82 says:

Thanks for this mate as it was one of those two for my captain.

Maybe also Lukaku or Yaya swaying towards Walcott now smile

        • jamesimmo says:

No problem Ripcurl – yeah they’re good options too mate

But I think, form and fixture wise, it’s gotta be Wally for me

        • Ripcurl82 says:

+ no risk of rotation with this Xmas fixture list with Ramsey/Ozil injured

Don’t want a repeat of this GW my captain not playing

I have the same dilemma. I guess you are also holding Marshall and McGregor, lol.

Im probably going to play Marshall, as a recent trend shows that he makes several saves which adds 1 or 2 points usually.

But ill look into both teams’ away records before making a final decision, but right now, i have Marshall (Cardiff) in first 11.

It seems my cup opponent might even beat me this GW, even with the -8 transfer hit he’s taken.

Why did Oscar do that? That’s my 3rd yellow from midfield this week

      • The B says:

Thats the signature move of Oscar. His tackles are usually a master piece and he takes away the ball like a win, and turns the attack into a counter attack, which i like about Oscar. But then again, of those many tackles, some lead to a YC ofcourse.

But what Lucas did is not acceptable and deserves a YC definitely. Although Lucas is in my FPL team, id happily take a -1 for that.
