What do you think of this for a WC Team? Nothing in the bank after these changes so mightn’t be able to do it after price changes.
    Szczesny/Mannone
    Zabaleta/Coleman/Caulker/Shaw/Mertesacker
    Whittingham/Sterling/Walcott/Januzaj/Lallana
    Agüero/Suárez /Rodriguez
    Thanks guys.

      Stmct…

By the time Aguero is fit this team maybe out of reach for ya…
Defo risers are Wally / Merts / Coleman / Suarez

If you had this side…I’d say your mids look a bit light weight imo…!

      Good luck..!

      The B says:

      Over priced defence.

You can find similar players from same team but for less price, and that wouldnt make much of a difference.
      Caulker > B Turner (saves 1M)
      Mert > Sagna/Gibbs (saves 0.8M)

Shaw > Clyne could also save some money, given that Clyne is fit, he has recovered though.

Dont like the midfield at all. No Chelsea coverage is a turn off.

        The B…
        How’s this,

        Szczesny/Mannone
        Debuchy/Coleman/Turner/Shaw/Koscielny
        Oscar/Sterling/Walcott /Mutch /Lallana
        Rooney/Suárez/Rodriguez

        • The B says:

Too much money of defence tied up in Arsenal. Shezny + Kosc do not make sense, unless you are too motivated to double up.
A cheaper and better option of diversifying risk and CS potential could be Krul, who rotates with Mannone, i think.

Also, not quite sold on the midfield yet, given the inconsistency of starts given to Sterling, and inconsistent points production of Mutch. Fitting in Cabaye there might help raising the confidence of your overall midfield.

      63 after BPs.

        The B…

        Nice score, considering yesterday’s debacle…!

What’s your next move, I assume you’ve got silva ..sell him / bench him..?

Just done Merts > Ivanovic ….can’t ignore “ze German” any longer….
        Ivanovic ?
well ..I’ve carried him far to long already..!

Nice sensible move…WITH NO HITS, for a change…!!!

Recently im trying very hard not to take hits, but the hits are really tempting.

This week i intended on taking a hit for Rooney, but given his recent absence in league, im keeping the points safe.

This week ill probably downgrade Ozil, finally, to Nolan (based on fixtures) or Lallana (based on form). Confused there!

Ivan to Merts is definitely a good move, considering the fact that Mert faces Cardiff and Fulham next. smile

    The B says:

    BPs:

Mert, Lukaku, Hazard and Soldado on 3.
    Kosc/Sagna and Coleman on 2.

Just stating some common players in most teams.

Well, as a neutral. I would say LPool have been robbed 2 weeks in a row. Suarez Peno x2 and etoo sending off. Along with Sterling offside against city. Shame that.

    Tekno-kun says:

How’s this for a WC team?

    Krul – Westwood
    Coleman – Shaw – Gabbidon – Burner – Chester
    Oscar/Hazard – Cabaye/Sissoko – Walcott – Silva – Mutch
    Rooney – Suarez – Aguero

If I have Oscar I can keep Cabaye, if I keep Hazard I must downgrade Cabaye to Sissoko. Which combo would be preferable – Hazard and Sissoko or Oscar and Cabaye?

      jamesimmo says:

Oscar and Cabaye looks nicer on the eye (get that rhyme) but, Hazard may be essential, though as an Oscar owner I hope not – *if* Oscar does start and score reasonably wel, then him and Cabaye for me

      The B says:

Tekno, i dont understand how the manager is deciding on WW and Mannone? Mind explaining that a bit?

And the team seems great actually. Id prefer Hazard/Sissoko duo more, given the recently consistency of Hazard and “Silva type” points production of Sissoko. smile
Top notch, thats the kind of midfield id usually try getting in the coming month, while i hold on WC for some time.

Westwood got an injury in GW 10 and has been out ever since. He’s expected to be back for GW 20, so we’ll see in the coming weeks if he can regain a starting spot or if Mannone have impressed enough to keep his place. As I plan to WC late Jan I expect that it has become clear by then which keeper is preferred.
