Live Match Chat Gameweek 19 FPL News

Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 19 FPL News: We hope you enjoyed your one day off from football because that’s it now until the 4th January! Seriously. We don’t recommend you tell the loved one this, or indeed the wife, but you can kick back and relax now knowing that there are potentially FPL points up for grabs every single day of the holiday. It’s so intense that GW19 ends on Sunday at about 6pm and GW20 begins at 11.30pm on Monday! Given the obvious lack of time between those we won’t have any help articles up between those two but everybody will be around as usual to help with team questions and queries so feel free to pepper the chat below with those. As for the gameweek itself we begin with a single game this evening as Everton travel to Hull at 8pm. Saturday then sees six 3pm kick offs plus a potential evening cracker as Klopp hosts Pep. Sunday concludes the week with two games and two London derbies just for some added spice. Good luck on the tube if you are down there for New Year!

  1. Happy new year all!

I have 2 FTs and £1.0 ITB, how best to use it?

    My concerns are:

    1. Smith no longer starting
    2. Williams not keeping clean sheets
    3. Want to do Allen to Phillips
    4. Hazard to Alli
    5. Do I think about aguero?
    6. Kane is good in London derbies

    Thanks!

  2. Aguero has been my favorite FPL Player ever since I started playing and has been always my goto player so whenever he’s fit he has to be in my team! Though mid doesn’t look good front 3 can save it, I hope 😛

    • Taking risks with Kun has always payed out for me too in the last seasons. Considering the front three, mid looks good. Very similar to my team. Good luck!

  3. Evening gents
Please can you advice me on the following options:
    2ft 0.6itb
    1. Hazard and origi out
    Aguero and 4.7 mid in
    2. Zaha out Philips in although Zaha faces Swansea next. Did anyone see how Zaha performed today?
    3. Something else

    Thanks

  4. Thoughts on my lot for next GW?
    2mn ItB and 1 FT

    • I’d keep the FT with the team you have, very solid.

    • Maybe use some of those funds to get in Hennessey for Japukavic for a 1 week punt seeing as Big Sam’s Palace face Swansea next. Or if you would prefer someone who could stick in the team for a while the West Broms Foster has hull next and good fixtures

      • Actually a back up plan is to get Giroud for Origi
That’s where the fund will be needed

        Appreciate your thoughts mate
        Might get in Foster though

  5. Evening folks, I have 2 FT and 0.1 in the bank. Weighing up my options and while Origi is a concern my midfield is more a worry so thinking…does Mane play tomorrow? If not:

Pedro + Mane out > Ali + Lallana in?

    • Like those moves

      Plus I would start Origi

Pool play their second game in 3 days

Origi was benched in around 70 minute mark in GW 18
He came of the bench yesterday

      He should get a start

    • Cheers Nishant, hope you have a good GW!
Is Mané definitely gone now, does anyone know?
