Live Match Chat Gameweek 21 FPL News
Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 21 FPL News: After how many games in how many days, and just when we are at our most busiest on a personal basis, we then get two weeks off, just as we are all suddenly at our least busiest on a personal basis! FPL doesn’t understand or forgive family matters, they don’t pay the bills, TV rights do. Anyway we hope you spent the time well and recharged those batteries as we are full steam ahead again and enter the second half of the season which is always more exciting for us than the first and that’s mainly due to the inevitable chaos of the double game-weeks which loom large on the horizon and will start to shape our seasons soon enough. For the time being it’s a normal week ahead and we begin with Dele Alli, sorry, Spurs facing West Brom followed by no less than six 3pm Saturday games. Last seasons champions then host this seasons champions elect in the evening game. Sunday sees a Merseyside vs Manchester bonanza as City visit Everton at lunch before United host Liverpool in the 4pm game.

How does Ibra not get any bonus points?
It’s tough going for forwards to get hold of them bps with only one goal and it not being the winner, defenders and mids will always have the advantage over them as they tend to see more of the ball.
Scratch that the bugger’s got one now stealing it from Valencia.
Saw that. Result
Rio Ferdinand just pointed out that the ManU goal was offside in the build up! The linesman was totally out of place. Very amateur.
Yeah, he was.
How does this team look if I was to activate the WC? Taken out Amat, Smith, Allen, Hazard, Lallana, Giroud and Ibra! Would obviously depend on the Costa situation but wondering whether it’s an improvement?
@Igy4 Nice but what formation will you be playing. If you are going 343 you are leaving quite a bit of money on the bench. I would downgrade some of your subs and get Walker/Rose in
I agree with Horse.
A downgrade to Daniels, Whoever you see as your fifth mid and possibly one other defender and you can transform Williams into Baines, And possibly another defender into Walker or Rose depending on budget. I be looking to maximize my starting 11 and just get subs who play if possible.
Thanks Horse and Mito! If I downgraded Daniels and Stanislas, my team could look like this.
@Igy4
How about downgrading Capoue further to Fletcher/De Roon and Jones to a Burnley defender and upgrading McA to Baines/Coleman?
Hi Horse! I already have Smith so could keep him and get the team below which includes Baines. Not sure if it is better than my current team though. Thoughts?
Is this WC team better than my current team?
Made 3 subs for this gameweek for a -8 – Origi(2) Costa(0) and firmino(1) for giroud(5 also capt) Lukaku(5) and stanislas(7). Looks like it paid off as gained a few more points and also got my team in better shape with those subs!
Finished on 76 for the GW so pretty happy with that.
How is everyone feeling about this gameweek? Did anyone take hit points on subs?
I did Firminho and Costa to Alli and Giroud for a – 4. Costa didn’t play and Pieters would have gotten me 2 points, Firm 1? That’s three points versus 11-4=7. So four point hit in the end a four point gain. Hehe.
Nice one Raz that’s good, love the positive trade! And now I personally think those 2 will be better over future weeks too (depending on Costa situation and Giroud injury, if any)
Give us a second, we have an article coming out in a few minutes.
Just some observations from the GW.
Looks like Ibra has nicked a BP
