Players marked with a * I ultimately plan to ship in one way or another, and I planned to WC in GW 24 when the fixtures suit my plans (involving Baines and Agüero) but with Sturridge’s return I’m really not sure what to do or when to do it…
Is it better to have a power mid like Özil (for Brunt) or a top 3rd striker like Sturrridge (for Lukuku)? Any help would be much appreciated
jamesimmo – It’s not in desperate need of a WC or anything like it,you’ll know when it’s the right time to hit that button.I’d be looking to get another top mid rather than a different forward,Brunt >> Ozil is a monumental improvement,or any premium mid for that matter.
NIN – assuming I get Baines and Agüero for Kompany and Negredo as planned in a couple of weeks (when I was going to WC) having Özil would mean Beharino as a 3rd striker to rotate with Mutch. What are your thoughts on that?
jamesimmo – I’d fancy Ozil to outscore Lukaku for the next few games,still,it seems a bit risky to me,Berahino isn’t a nailed on starter by any means.
Yeah NIN, I’m not too keen either, I’ll deal with this dilemma when I come to wildcard – and I’m fairly sure now is not the time – so I’ll stick for now. I’ve been contemplating a hit for Brunt —–> Lallana / Mirallas but I don’t think that’s worth it either, do you?
James mate I wouldn’t get Mirallas at all regardless of a hit!! Personally I am getting Lallana but in 3 Gws time,first they have to play Sunderland away then Arsenal at home,neither will be an easy game!After THAT they play Fulham,Stoke,Hull,West Ham!! 😉
