Live Match Chat Gameweek 23 FPL News
Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 23 FPL News: We may have been rudely interrupted by another FA Cup weekend but we are back with a midweek bonanza. Everyone loves a packed FPL schedule under the lights and having the games all tightly packed together with the points rolling in simultaneously adds to the excitement and drama. Tuesday embodies that perfectly with no less than seven games. Six of those kick off at 7.45pm, the main ones of FPL interest, certainly from from a captaincy perspective anyway, are probably Arsenal, or more accurately Sanchez, hosting Watford, whilst Kane and co look at ripping Moyes’ men a new one up north. It could be grim up there, as the saying goes. Liverpool host Chelsea at 8pm in what could be the game of the round and also one that probably dictates whether Chelsea take the title in March or whether they have to wait a few weeks until April to do so… Wednesday almost feels like a famine in comparison with just the three fixtures to consider. Man City are away but should feel entirely at home as they go from one soulless stadium to another to visit West Ham, Man Utd are at home and will be looking to ‘wear fur’ before Stoke host an in form Everton. Please join us as ever on Live Match Chat to rejoice in the points as they (hopefully) roll in. Or lament the ones missed…

Jakupovic on for 3 bp’s,might play him against Liverpool this weekend…….
Jakupovic 10 point haul. Great value
Football is a crazy game. I had him on my bench and played Cech v Watford.
Am also tempted to play him v Liverpool.
Anyone feel it’s time to revert back to a 3-5-2?
Zlatan isn’t worth the money anymore
He got points 6 games on the trot till the last 2.Still a couple of great fixtures till gw26 so might aswell keep him till then.
Didn’t watch the game but sounded like he had a lot of chances. He’s a dangerous player to drop but you could argue the case to drop for Costa or Kane.
All my playing benches have outscored my first 11. Just crazy. Top scorer so far are Pieters and Sanchez with 4 points.
Yep same. Kind of want to give up. Nothing has gone right this season for me
You’re not giving up Smash! Negotiate the doubles correctly and it’ll look like a better picture for you.
Yeah I’ll keep going. It’s my worst season in 10 years of playing including my first ever when I had
Makélélé In my team
Worse than your first? Probably just jack it then mate!
Hehe Smash. Isn’t Makalele sitting on the Hull bench or something?
Evening all,
Thinking towards wk 26 & 28 Which Everton defender would you go for?
Williams for safety of starts
Coleman/baines for the attacking returns
Funes mori as the budget option and use the extra funds elsewhere
Cheers
Coleman, practically playing as a winger and seems to nearly score every week of late.
Coleman – a no brainer if you have the $
Some decent results this week for the teams at the bottom,a couple of the whipping boys seem to have turned a corner.Fear for Leicester and Bournemouth they are getting dragged down.Bournemouth defence not the same since Ake went.
This MENTAL GW is finally over !!
ARS lost at home & Giroud disappointed again !
Spurs failed to score against a defense-less Sunderland !
Utd & Ibra failed to score + Jones injured !
City scores 4 and Kun doesn’t start + makes a late 1pt cameo to frustrate us even more !
If you want to look for some/any positives from this GW :
Heaton
Coleman
the CP defense
Siggy
Jakupovic
Markovic
Ranocchia
Snoddy & Antonio
Jesus
