Live Match Chat Gameweek 24 FPL News
Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 24 FPL News: After the hectic and somewhat disappointing midweek madness it’s straight back on the horse again barely three days later and we begin with a cracker at Saturday lunchtime. Arsenal practically wrote themselves out of the title race with that limp showing against Watford and if they are to have even the slightest chance of catching leaders Chelsea then this is a must win. We then have a chock full Saturday of entertainment with six 3pm kick offs before Spurs end our Saturday fun as they host ‘Boro in the late one. That leaves just the two on Sunday and Man City open it by playing Swansea in what looked likely to be a walkover a few weeks back. Maybe not now though, let’s see. Current Champions and current relegation strugglers Leicester round us off for the week by welcoming Zlatan and co at 4pm. Be sure to get involved as ever and post your comments below as the matches take place, your thoughts on them, your teams performance, your next moves ahead of GW25. Anything really, it’s an open platform. Most of all enjoy the games and good luck!

Good luck to absolutely everyone for GW24 from all at FF247!
Well I’m down & out 26 points from 8 players I have dropped that far in every league I need a miracle which isn’t going to happen time to ship Kun out , have to re access my strategy or lack of it two really bad GW 😉
Harsh to criticise Aguero for this week when he hasn’t played yet Silvers 😉
Hey Silvers. I think this week’s difference maker has to be Lukaku scoring 21. people who’ve captained him makes it more noticeable. It shows how a good captain choice can make or break your week. Mine’s been breaking for long now. Wait till this evening for Kun. I have a feeling that he’s going to score a brace tonight. And mentioning of miracles, I just hope Sterling scores too. If I could jump 100k up the ranks this week, that’d sure be a miracle for me.
Silvers
Constantine is absolutely right. The captaincy can catapult you right back in at any time.
I jump up 286,402 this week alone. So far. Come on Aguero!
i moved up 192k places with the wrong Captain (Coleman)
Not owning Lukaku sent me down from 73k to 97k!! (The standard -4 didn’t help either)
I don’t have lukaku either. And Brunt on the bench, still managed 76 points with ibra left
Great score wafflez
Thanks guys feeling a bit sorry for myself yes Kun could help I’m not criticising him he just tires a lot of cash up thanks again all let’s see what today brings 😉
Huggies for you Silvers. We can share a poor run. Hehe.
Cheers Raz I get so involved sometimes I don’t like losing but we have to from time to time appreciate your comments :smiling:
Seriously people, you are supposed to be nice to dude. Not brag about your scores that quadruple his. Lol.
I got 30 all out last week.
Bouncing around the 1mn mark for many weeks now.
Know where you’re coming from.
I decided points chasing transfer hits were burning me gw8 to 16
So laid off , now I’m thinking not being ‘ruthless’ is burning me.
Getting to seem like utter luck if a change in form is a one week blip or a long term flip.
So….. if Kun blanks today vs an improving Swansea, will owners sell him before he plays the comedy defence that is Bournemouth?
Pep is not trustworthy. It is not even about Kun anymore. It is about the big ego of Pep trying to overshadow Kun.
Other than that. In Kun we trust. I am stuck with donkey.
Told you, Cookster. Pep benched Kun again. Mass exodus incoming.
If Kun blanks there is no point keeping him as he may not even start next gw. Uncertainty of Pep doesn’t help
I’ve just watched Bournemouth Cookie.
I thought I would keep him for that one and now I’m sure I am. Can’t guarantee he’ll play but it doesn’t make sense to risk it by transferring him out.
Hence my question GP, Bournemouth were horrific yesterday!
Well I am an owner and barring injury, yes I will keep him mate.
How many times this season have Bournemouth conceded goals with balls across the back?
United scored one down there and maybe also Liverpool?? Anyway, I remember three at least.
Barkley celebrating before he scored was brilliant
Yeah that amused me. Bournemouth together with Palace at home look like the current whipping boys.
Would have been better and been typical Barkley if he’d then fell over or missed it
On 27 points with only Captain Kun and vice Ibra left. Lets see in 5 mins if Pep is truly going to fck my GW, if he is on the bench LOL
Pep has done it again!! FFS!!
Bloody piece of shit Pep I’m fuming right now
CITY XI | Caballero, Stones, Kolarov, Clichy, Fernandinho, Toure, Sterling, De Bruyne, Silva (C), Sane, G. Jesus #cityvswans #mcfc
Kun coming for another 30 minutes lol
He can bag a brace in the extra time, let alone 30 minutes. Pep is a complete ass though. Won’t forgive him for this Shit.
Its just crazy, the only world class players at City were KDB and Aguero, before Pep came I thought they would be the only survivors of the cull over the enxt couple of seasons. But no ditches Hart for one of the worst keepers I ever saw, and forces Kun out the door. LOL, I really hope another premier league club get Aguero and he destroys City and Peps reputation
Aguero on bench again, well my GW is totally fucked
Swansea XI: Fabianski, Naughton, Fernandez, Mawson, Olsson, Fer, Cork(c), Carroll, Routledge, Llorente, Sigurdsson #MCISWA
Again no Amat? Noooooooooooooooooo.
