    The B says:

Can anyone suggest me transfers for next GW? Managed 68 points this GW. 2.6M itb and 1 FT.

    Marshall
Coleman – Shaw – Olsson (Nor)
    Hazard – Silva – Lallana – Eriksen
    Suarez – Sturridge – Giroud

Bench: Mannone – Noone – Kosc – Chester

    1. Kosc > Azpi/Cahill (but then after United Arsenal has 3 easy GWs)

    2. Chester > Collins (and use a 4-4-2 formation and bench Giroud)

    3. Silva > Mata (but Mata plays Arsenal next GW and then a blank GW soon, so more like wasting a transfer)

    4. Giroud > Benteke/Lambert/Adebayor (but Aguero soon coming back)

    5. Save transfer and make 2 changes next GW, but that still leaves Giroud as a weak link in my team)

    Help? laugh

      NIN says:

The B – I didn’t read any further than option 1 haha, get a Chelsea defender mate,no doubt about it,you can deal with Giroud afterwards,Arsenal will likely hammer United anyway so the donkey might get one.

      • The B says:

Thanks NIN. I like the 1st option the best myself. laugh
But i think i should buy Ivan as Azpi might be rested and Cahill will surely soon face rotation from Luiz, wouldnt he?

Go for option 2, it will do you better in the long run..

      Andy says:

Giroud to Negredo for me, there’s no way Man City are going three games in a row not racking up goals and Sunderland have also lost a major center half in Brown. I know man City have a blank 28 but their next two home games still look mighty tasty.

      Albertini says:

The B – a Chelsea def is a good shout, but I’d keep Kosc even if you don’t want him to play against ManU. I’d play him and Giroud though and might keep the FT, I think Arsenal should score against a weak ManU def.

    theswirly says:

    Hi guys,

I’m not sure why, but I decided to drop Giroud to the bench and, then on Saturday, captain Hazard – it was Suarez up until then – couldn’t believe my luck! Will have 78 points once Collins comes off the bench to replace Gabbidon. Hoping to break into the top 10K – have never done this well all the time I’ve been on Fantasy Football.

Anyway, looking ahead to GW26, the current team is:

    Szczesny
    Olsson (Norwich), Kolarov, Collins
Mata, Yaya Toure (v), Lallana, Hazard
    Giroud, Suarez (c), Negredo

    Subs: Johnson, Bertrand, Gabbidon

…With one FT at the mo, I’m tempted to take out Giroud and replace him for Sturridge before Giroud’s value goes down tonight. Not keen on having two forwards from the same team, but you just can’t ignore him at the mo! Noticed Kolarov has potential to come down in value tonight, which is odd considering Man City have got Sunderland at home next. Don’t think I’ll take him out just yet considering it would also be for a four-point hit.

Just need to keep an eye on the fact that Mata, Johnson, Negredo, Yaya Toure and Kolarov won’t get a game in GW 28 and so I’m going to try to get rid of two of them on GW27 and GW28 so that I have got a starting XI.

Does that all sound like good sense?

    Albertini says:

Evening everyone. I see a lot of great scores, well done guys! This was a dreadful week for me with only 38 points, can see a lot of red arrows coming…

I have 2Ft’s, 3.3 itb and some issues to solve:
    – Chester and Pozuelo are injured/not playing
    – AJ should be dumped this week.
    – Oscar not delivering and playing quite deeper than Hazard and Willian and staying near the defensive line when Chelsea have a corner.
    – Eriksen also not delivering these last two games.

Looking at Hazard (for Oscar), Nolan, Mirallas or Ince (for AJ/Pozuelo) and a West Ham or Hull def for Chester.
Any thoughts on where should I start? GW28/29 with all the blanks are a great worry, glad I still have my WC available!

      The B says:

Albert i think you have missed out on Hazard. His price has reached the roof, but if you do have the money to splash, then Oscar > Hazard is ideal.

Use Chester>Bertrand/Collins so you can field in 3 strong defenders. Id say keep AJ for now, he is on a good form and could score against his old club.

Im afraid Azpi might be rested in midweek.

      • Albertini says:

Cheers B. This week we’ll have the advantage of knowing the line ups from 4 games before the deadline. Azpi might be rested, which would force me to play Ward (I’ll probably play Sagna anyway).
Collins is a good shout but I’m not sure if he’s nailed on with Reid coming back, it’s between him and Tomkins. I don’t trust Villa’s def without Vlaar, really prefer to stay with Hull or WHam.

    Cliffy Biro says:

A steady 75 for me this week. Shame I changed the armband from Hazard to Mata at the last minute, but definitely a better result than the last few weeks. Anyone bothering with bringing in a City striker next week or just waiting for Aguero to return?

    • 336.1
      The B says:

Too many games coming up for City in coming weeks other than EPL ones, so rotation will kick in, as Tekno mentioned above. I want to stay clear of the City strikers, but they are tempting.
