      • It looks like he’s protected at the mo but don’t know when that goes until.

        Really hope he doesn’t go up, but there’s always a few idiots who will bring him in this week even though he doesn’t play.. If he goes up my plans are screwed!

    • Ade. Was going to be sturridge but seeing as Liverpool have a double week coming up I changed my mind.

    • James101 – hey mate, i’m replacing Adebayor with Aguero, combined with with SAS i think it’s the strongest forward line possible for the foreseeable future.

        • Yeah HL you were dead right matey, i really didn’t expect to see him start today, good thing he’s protected for the next while because i’d say plenty will bring him in especially if he scores today

          p.s. I am positively surprised with the pace of this game (hope u r watching it, too) – especially from Sunderland’s players !!

        • Yes Dr i’m watching the game, City have been below par maybe they’ve been caught out a little by Sunderland’s performance. They’ve been excellent so far.

        • jamesimmo – Can you get someone better than Delph no? Probably still worth it when you take Aguero’s (c) potential and the possible multiple DGW’s for City, he’s a must really. I’ll have him for GW30 too, watch the monster scores fly in!!

        • James, I would do Sagna to Ollson/Collins or someone else/low budget defender with a good schedule ahead instead of weakening ur midfield…
          Everton have good fixtures ahead…

        • Cheers lads. Hannibal, I see what you’re saying, but I’m selling Sagna this week for Ivanovic due to Chelsea’s upcoming fixtures and their game in GW 29…

          …plus, I’d still be million short if I did that Olsson move…

        • City plays Wigan on Sunday and Barca on Wednesday so you might wanna wait a little and not bring Aguero in on Saturday.

      Nobody else really tempts IMO.

      • Does aguero price protection mean that he won’t go up before the next deadline?

        • I think once a player is unflagged he is price protected for 8 days and I think he was unflagged either yesterday or the day before but surely you guys aren’t going to buy him before a blank 29.

        • ” If a player is red or yellow flagged for 2 days or more, once their (i) icon goes back to grey, they are protected for 8 days !!
          For the next 8 days their price is frozen.
          It can neither rise nor fall.
          Once the 8 days is up, the player’s NTI or NTO is reset to zero and the normal rules of increases/decreases kick in from there. ”
