Live Match Chat Gameweek 29 FPL News

Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 29 FPL News: After an odd GW with just the four games we are back to normal this week with a full compliment of ten to go at again this time. West Brom and Arsenal kick us off at lunchtime on Saturday and then we have no less than five 3pm games with the Palace boring Watford, Everton battering Hull, Stoke pathing the title pathway for Chelsea, Sunderland giving Burnley their best chance yet of an actual away win and then West Ham being Leicester’s latest victims since they woke up again and remembered that they are the champions. Saturday doesn’t end there though as Bournemouth host Swansea in a key game at the wrong end of the table. Sunday brings us the remaining three fixtures as ‘Boro host Man United in the early one, Spurs take on Southampton in the middle one and then Man City and Liverpool book end the lot in what could be the game of the week.

  1. Last 2 weeks have been pretty amazing!

    • Wow you’re doing amazing!!! I’m in the top 10k at the min, out of interest im
on 1651 points what does it take to get where you are?

      • Won’t be many, I’ll guess at 30

        • Well I’ll never get that high but it’s interesting to know!

It amazes me when I look at the amount of points the teams have at the top!

        • Just worked it out from his score, 17 points in it from 5550 to 9400. Thought it would have been way more!

        • 1 through to a few hundred is quite a lot. Relative to the rest. The split after that is surprisingly small.

      • Hey rosco! Thanks mate. Ya not too much of a difference. I climbed from 15k to 5.5k in just 2 weeks. So I can go the reverse too. Not too much in it yes. Just a few hits and some luck.

    • Great score matey!

      • Thanks man hope you’re well on your way to being smashed!

        • Just realized that was probs for prav not me!! Ha ha few jars here too!

      • Thanks mitro! I have been inspired by u mate. I took a few hits this season here n there and that has worked out pretty well this season. smile

  2. Given my forwards of Costa/LKK/Llorente, I’m thinking of getting Gabbi in for Llorente for sure but what are your plans for LKK going forward? Keep the big man through the 2 tough away fixtures or stick with his form?

I’m considering trading him for Vardy who plays 2 home games before switching it back to LKK. What do you guys reckon?

Anyway congrats to all of you lads with the big scores this week! I’m on 60-4 after BPS myself so I’m not complaining!

    • Interesting one that is. His form is ridiculous so certainly keeping him for Liverpool game. However going forward it’s interesting as Everton’s remaining fixtures are difficult and they have played more games than everyone else. Teams with the extra games are going to become more appealing Gab, Costa, Ibra, Vardy, Aguero and potentially Kane

  3. Lads

At a 30th birthday party; Which is the better option:

    A. Get smashed and deal with the hangover and kids tomorrow.
    B. Go home in a hour and feel fresh as a daisy.

  4. 62 points with no hits, shocking for me, with Mane and Alli to come

  5. Oh how I wish I still had my wildcard saved for the Arsenal double gameweek. Good as this team is everyone I want is due to go up.

    • Only the 16 point hit

    • Lol Waxys, you refuse to let us see what team you are really working with. I see a decent squad most weeks. But something tells me that your team value is better than you ranking. :p

  6. Cool I was playing with the transfers app froze and next thing I know this happened. I’ll see you all at the end of the season im not doing anymore transfers for the remainder of the season.
