Live Match Chat Gameweek 32 FPL News

Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 32 FPL News: It’s weeks like this that separate the ‘casuals’ from the serious players as we begin our 3rd gameweek in seven days. Remembering the deadline is one thing, being properly prepared and planned with such a short turnaround is another. Hopefully you were but either way it’s probably too late now! Gameweek 32 begins with Spurs looking to put an early marker down and place subsequent pressure on Chelsea as they take on Watford at home. We then have five 3pm kick offs, the highlight from an FPL point of view being Kun facing Hull at home. That’s probably it to be fair looking at those sorry fixtures! Well ok, you could make an argument for having West Brom defenders or maybe some sort of interest in West Ham vs Swansea but if anyone is getting excited about ‘Boro vs Burnley then give us a minute to find you the number for the Samaritans…

Saturday evening ends with Chelsea hoping to restore that lead over Spurs as they visit Bournemouth.

Sunday brings us two games beginning with the ‘Moyes Derby’ which sees Sunderland put to the test by Ibra and co. This is followed by what should be an entertaining encounter as home boys Everton entertain in form Leicester.

The gameweek then extends into Monday and this should be a cracker too. Say what you want about Big Sam but if there’s one thing in football he relishes more than anything it is a home game against Arsenal! He’ll have had this one ringed on his calendar for months in advance…

Please join us as ever to discuss the games as they happen and share your feelings, successes and woes as the action unfolds and hopefully the FPL points flood in for you.

DGW34 IS ON THERE AS CONFIRMED BUT DGW37 IS VERY MUCH PROVISIONAL!
That’s our best guess as to how it will pan out and there is still Southampton vs Arsenal to be rearranged. That looks likely to be in GW35 or 36. The FPL site itself has said that they expect the remaining games to be confirmed on or around the 7th April.

Teams with DGW’s ahead… (with thanks to Rosco)

Pleased to see lukaku score 2 goals. Kept the faith and captained him. Rescued my GW and I am finally leading in my ML, the first time this season! FFFix shows a projected 7k rank. Delighted!

    64pts (with Schmeichel’s BPS included)…
Theo is the only one left to play…

Well I’m on 79 with just Sanchez remaining, sneaked into the top 10k so I’m pretty chuffed with that. Valencia is doing my head in but could be worse I guess so I’m not going to winge on too much.

Quick guesstimate but I’m only 14 points off you so I can’t be far from the 10k club now, a lot may rest on the auto subs as it’s very congested around that mark at the minute.

      • Rosco77 says:

Sweet! How many points are you on? I’m currently on 1831, was 7k last night but think fix has me dropping to 8k so hopefully still in the 10! Yeah it seems hard to rise at this level but I’m happy enough as it’s my second season so pleased with my progress! Just hope Waxys doesn’t push me out when he breaks the 10k! Ha ha

        • Andy says:

1814ish now when it all gets confirmed, fingers crossed theirs a lot of players in that range who’s already blown all of their chips so the DGW’s might see a bit more of a swing (If all goes well that is.)

        • Rosco77 says:

Yeah that’s what I’m hoping, I haven’t looked into it but I’m hoping that there’s plenty above me with out WC or BB and I can climb even higher!
What’s your thoughts on 34? Normally I go for it ( in DGWs) but I’m not filled with confidence on rotation and fixtures, only Boro look promising but you never know!

        • Andy says:

If Man Utd can get a very good result in Belgium (2 or 3 nil) then they’ll likely still play a strong team against Burnley and Citeh so Ibra would be a must for me, after that though Palace and Boro could go either way, Boro need to win whilst Palace’s fixtures are awful on the DGW, so maybe Zaha, not sure enough that anyone else would be worthy of a hit.

its up that he has a “knock” now and has a 75% chance to play – for what thats worth I dont know

Just back from a nice early pub lunch and missed waxys spitting his dummy out. Though happy with Lukaku and Ibra doing the business. Just need Zaha and Sanchez to do something now

Has the ship sailed re King? Or is he still a viable purchase?

Play Spurs next but then have some tasty fixtures?
