Morning everyone. This is my team for next week. Going of the basis that Arsenal beat Hull. I’ve left Ozil on the bench. I plan on selling Giroud just don’t know who to bring in. Thinking Vardy but not sure.

I also want to bring in Silva or Yaya but the only ways I can see of doing that is selling Ozil or selling Giroud and Stan to Silva or Yaya and bringing in Deeney.

    Thoughts? 2 FT’s and 0.9 itb

      NIN says:

Yeah, as boring as it is, probably Vardy and bank the other FT mate.

      • MattX says:

Yeah he’s really the only worth while striker left. So you think playing the 5 defenders and only 2 mids is alright??

Also can I show you my last draft mls team just to make sure I’ve done the right moves?

        • NIN says:

It is what it is mate, haha. There’ll be wonky teams all over the shop this weekend.

Yeah go for it. I’m no expert but i’ll have a looksie, no hassle

        • MattX says:

True that plus the defenders have nice fixtures.

Right Cheers mate I’ll stick it up now.

why do you want deeney? haven’t watford been pretty useless lately. Are you choosing fixtures over form? Yes there may not be many choices, but I wouldn’t even consider Deeney tbh. And im pretty sure that Vardy aint going to be doing much either. If you could I would wait till after the blanks and bring in a good striker, like sturridge or maybe even rashford or martial? Maybe not the Man U guys, but see how they do. Or Costa if he is fit, Costa is probably the best choice

      • MattX says:

Hey Luke. I don’t want Deeney just if I want Silva or Yaya and don’t want to sell Ozil then Deeney is the only available striker. Think I’m going Vardy anyway because Giroud has been a terrible differential for me so he needs to go now!!

        • lukealike says:

fair enough, some city player like yaya probably will get you points and if DGW’s on the horizon just I way prefer siggy smile
But yea Vardy instead of deeney all day long

        • MattX says:

Cheers Luke. So Vardy comes in for Giroud but do you think I keep the FT?

I could do Giroud to Vardy, Ozil to Yaya and then next week Stan to Siggy to save a hit.

        • lukealike says:

Yea thats probably what I would do, and Arsenal almost certainly not playing the weekend anyway. So might as well shift him now

        • MattX says:

Yeah plus City have the DGW plus are playing Norwich so should get a few.

will it be good to take a hit by taking williams and eriksen in place of ivanovic and coutinho

I fancy Alli as cappo next week but won’t have the balls to do it

      lukealike says:

I have been considering it also, everyone will captain Aguero so if Ali did score hig it would be great chance to sneak in front. I cant see Aguero blanking vs Norwich though

      MattX says:

      I’m going Kane I think.

      • lukealike says:

ah im doing it now before I change my mind, I will captain Ali. He is always consistent, Aguero couldn’t even score a penalty the other day against the worst team in the EPL. Im sure he will score next week but I think Ali is the safer pair of hands, which sounds mad. But maybe Aguero will lose confidence after missing a sitter.
And why would Manuel let Aguero take it? To get a hatti? Jokes, Kelechi drew that penalty and for the sake of his confidence it should have been taken by Kelechi.. Now Aguero will wonder off injured in a couple of weeks and they have to rely on Bony… and Kelehci who has like 0 confidence ROFL, madness

Anyone got any predicitions on the Man U game? I only got 59 points yestrday, but unlucky really. Target didn’t start and neither did Costa, and I was double up on Stoke with Shaqiri and Arni which didnt pay off, not yet anyway. Top 4 of my league is pretty close, all within 20 points or so. Hoping that Rashford pays off today, if he gets 2 plus goals fcking sweet. 3-2 to Man U? Any thoughts?

If Liverpool needed the toilet, Coutinho would be the only guy with the toilet paper.

    Raziel says:

Holy shit! I think my team looks so awesome now. I literally never had a strong 15 like this. Just two more upgrades needed and it’s perfect. McCarthy to —) another goalie and Olsson —-) Dier? Shit man, the headache I will have with my defenders. It’s like benching any of them could hurt me: Huth-Kompany-Daniles-vDijk-Dier. smile Another weak link could be Arnautovic, but he’s my fifth so that’s fine. 😉

      Raziel says:

But enough about me! Even though I’m freaking awesome and I can listen to myself muble all day. How are you guys? smile

      lukealike says:

I have had Dier ages now, and to sum up. In comparison to Toby he is just disappointing. Next season it will be Toby all the way for me. I know Dier is cheaper and thats probably why anyone has him, but its clearly reflected in his points that he is the cheaper option.
What keeper have you got? Schmeichel good at the moment

      • Raziel says:

Already have Huth-Mahrez and Vardy so can’t get Schmeichel. Dier is a cheap alternative for Toby, he’s 1m cheaper and still awesome.

Toby played more minutes and he indeed has scored a few goals. Still, Dier got 3 goals and an assist. For 5.4m he’s a supercheap Spurs defender that plays in midfield. That 1m could be spend elsewhere. Anyway, past 4 games Spurs had tough opponents, I think Toby was lucky to get the goal. You’re unlucky with Dier but better fixtures are coming.

        • lukealike says:

mate I kept looking at defenders all season and picking the cheaper options. But it was totally pointless, currently I have 10.7mil in the bank and been averaging 7 mil in the bank to accommodate panic moves for people like aguero or sanchez which have rarely if ever materialized. Next season im spending way more on my defense and not sitting on my cash. My team value total is 107mil by the way 😛
