Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 31 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW31 is live! And we are back to a full game-week again after last weeks paltry showing of just 5 games. We have a full compliment this week again thankfully with 10 games spanning 2 days. We kick off with Everton hosting Arsenal on Saturday at 12.45pm, followed by four 3pm kick offs and finish Saturday off by wondering how many Swansea can smash past Villa at 5.45pm. Sunday concludes our game-week with no less than four games, the highlights from a fantasy point of view being the Manchester derby at 4pm and Spurs hoping to push home their title charge against Bournemouth at the same time. Let’s get to it all then and chat our way through GW31…

Right lads I think I’ve decided on playing WC in GW34 and going for 15 DGWers. How’s this team look as a first draft?
Maybe even doubling up on United with Rojo instead of Clichy.

I didn’t look at the actual players but aesthetically it was perfect and full red apart from 1 Arsenal with white sleeves. I packed him off to fix that bit

Matt, double on United at back looks good as long it’s DDG and a defender as they blank in 35. I think you need some Everton in there though :/ Init and I are doing Antonio instead of Payet so we can afford Lukaku in place of Deeny.
Hey Pancho yeah it would be DDG and a defender probably Rojo.
As I was saying to Dreamers below I just feel that Evertons fixtures are pretty tough and I don’t see them scoring.
Matt – where I cant say anything bad about the squad, its the two cheapie strikers that feels wrong. Doesnt allow you to get a Kane or Lukaku given zero itb
Hey Dreamers. I forgot about Kane as I did plan on bringing him back in I could downgrade Clichy to someone or I could do Silva to Yaya. I just think Welbeck has taken over the no.1 spot over Giroud.
Lukaku does have 2 dgws…..
They aren’t the best fixtures though. I don’t see him scoring much.

I was gonna go 3-5-2 for the DWG34 and get Firmino in for Vardy but since that requires a further transfer and -4 as they don’t play in the same position I was thinking of going Aguero Lukaku Sturridge? Bit worried about DS’s injury proneness though

MattX, here is the draft for my team (and apparently for Init’s too) as of right now. Gives us great squads for GW34 and GW35 too.
Meant to say for GW 33 & GW 35 too.
I like this team. Doubling up on Liverpool defence though? Is that not a bit risky? I was looking at Couthino as well so could get him in. How has Antonio been performing compared to Payet?
Like this team and am fairly similar myself. Unless you don’t want to touch Everton defence, have a look at Robles. If you can get an extra .2m to upgrade Henn, you also have one extra player for DGW37, with Hart still well suitable to start in GW35. Could also have Sakho in for Skrtel if any cash is needed across the team.
I think Sakho for Skirt is doable and preferable. Pancho we need to look at Elle’s earlier response in realation to the Skirt and their CB situation? Great point from Rambo on the keepers.
Latest draft, what do you think?
EBC, do you think Everton are worth chasing? Fixtures are quantity over quality for me, they have nothing to play for in the league and will have their eye on the Cup semi in DGW34. That’s just my thoughts on them.
Gabriel is a steal if he keeps his place.
6 outfield players unavailable for GW35 but I assume you will have 2fts to sort that out?
At the moment I’m assuming Everton will play GW35. It’ll be all change if that’s the case.
I agree on their fixtures. I suppose what I’m struggling with is who the alternative is. Vardy & Mahrez maybe but they’re at the stage of just having to see things out and haven’t been scoring loads. Tricky fixtures as well.
Or I agree on form & fixtures I should say.
EBC, Everton playing in 35 would obviously help.
