Our Gameweek 34 Result

We wielded the Free Hit last week, with mixed results. We aren’t quite sure what to make of our 70 points from it. Clearly we will have all had better ones in the past, but it is all relative. Prior to the Forest game we had a GW rank of about 1m, which is always ok, along with a green arrow (5th in a row) and an overall rank jump of about 170k. Our Forest boys themselves did bugger all, and it remains to be seen what that late Wissa goal did to our overall standing. In the interests of getting the article out, and a Friday evening deadline looming, we aren’t hanging around to find out.

As for the rest, Wolves did the heavy lifting for us, and even their bloke on the bench did better than most of our others on the pitch.

Our GW35 Transfer(s)

We have a handy £2.7m in the bank and 1 free transfer to use ahead of GW35. Let’s go see what was decided….

Bryan Mbeumo seemed to be the object of our desire this week, presumably with a (surely) depleted and disinterested Man United team at home. The only choice really was who to ditch. Kluivert, Saka and sarr were all offered up as the sacrificial lambs. Sarr won 5-0. Emphatically dispatched.

To confirm then we have SOLD Sarr and BOUGHT Mbeumo

Captain – Marmoush
Now then, this was a surprise. Mainly because after the 1st round of votes we had him, Salah and ‘Other’ tied on a vote each. Turned out Other was actually new signing Bryan. Who then got a 2nd vote, to lead. Two late entrants torpedoed all that though and somehow Marmoush came out 3-2 ahead.

PREDICTED LINE-UPS

Back by popular demand! Well, sort of… Drafthound have changed their line-up approach this season and what it means for us is that we are no longer able to display a live feed of it on here due to some technical difficulties. That said, what they have done looks great and is still only a click away so if you want to access those they are HERE

      Hey Ivan,

Nice looking team for this week.

Regarding the AM a few things I’d want to take in to account?

      1. How’s the season going?
      2. Where are you in any MLA
      3. Are you looking to chase or just hold a high spot.

My inbetween one for now is Everton. 2 easy enough fixtures and a trip to Fulham with a table bonus up for grabs.
