Bundesliga Fantasy Football 2019/20

With the Bundesliga seemingly taking over the bulk of the chat on site (understandably, given as it’s the only game in town right now) we have decided to (tried to!) move the chat onto its own specific article to allow others space to chat about FPL, dandelions or whatever they wish elsewhere, so that they aren’t simply left muttering ‘Das ist mir Wurst’ to themselves all summer.
We will not do a fresh Live Match Chat for each week, we shall simply update this one as we go along with the latest deadlines and fixtures. We shall endeavour to post the line-ups prior to each phase of the relevant GW and our usual FPL Countdown Timer (to be found above the latest comments section) has been temporarily handed over to Bundesliga.
Tips will be dispensed in the chat below (mainly by Mito we would imagine) but feel free to get involved in said chat, whether that’s asking for advice or answering others.

The main inspiration for us creating a fresh FBL article was Ivan and his willingness to volunteer to create a fixture tracker to deal with the remaining games. Mito got his crayons out and helped fill it in. Many thanks to both.

Games in hand will be played first. So,
City v Arsenal
Villa v Sheffield United
will be played on June 17th.
The first full round of fixtures will then be played on the weekend of June 19th-21st.
Yes just seen this. Presumably at least a double GW for those 4 clubs in FPL. There may be a case for a free hit. Will be interesting to see how FPL go about it, if we have 9 GW or say 3 triple GW.

Mito, these are the extra fixtures for Bremen and Frankfurt I was talking about the other week. Do we know is that fixture included in the FBL?
It will not be included in FBL, there are no DGWs.
If you had a player from one of those two teams you would have got the average score for said players position the week that they blanked.

Is it a 1 week ban in Bundesliga for RC (2nd YC)? Could not find info on this.
Bees, I think the rules are the same as in EPL. That’s all I managed to find :unknw:
Germany:
a) 1 game suspension after 5, 10, 15… yellow cards during the Bundesliga season.
b) 1 game suspension after two yellow cards in the same match. Those yellow cards are not counted against rule a). So if a player starts the match with 4 yellow cards, gets booked, he misses the next match due to rule a). But if he receives a second yellow card, he misses the next match due to rule b) and restarts with 4 yellow cards in the match after that.
c) 1 game up to x games suspension after a straight red card. Players who collect two straight red cards within the current season or the season before, get at an additional 1 game repeat offender suspension added on top, so at least 2 games.
Unless ruled otherwise due to special circumstances, suspensions only count for the same competition. So a player can be suspended for the next three Bundesliga matches, but may start in the next cup game during such league suspension.

I have Kainz (vs Leipzig), Karaman (vs Bayern) and then my def. is shattered with 3 cheapos including Lenz and Angelino not starting/doing any thing..
Now, I have to sell Haaland, one of Kainz/Karaman and probably 1 def.
This means – take the risk of holding Sancho. Worth it?
