With the Bundesliga seemingly taking over the bulk of the chat on site (understandably, given as it’s the only game in town right now) we have decided to (tried to!) move the chat onto its own specific article to allow others space to chat about FPL, dandelions or whatever they wish elsewhere, so that they aren’t simply left muttering ‘Das ist mir Wurst’ to themselves all summer.

We will not do a fresh Live Match Chat for each week, we shall simply update this one as we go along with the latest deadlines and fixtures. We shall endeavour to post the line-ups prior to each phase of the relevant GW and our usual FPL Countdown Timer (to be found above the latest comments section) has been temporarily handed over to Bundesliga.

Tips will be dispensed in the chat below (mainly by Mito we would imagine) but feel free to get involved in said chat, whether that’s asking for advice or answering others.

Bundesliga Fixture Tracker
The main inspiration for us creating a fresh FBL article was Ivan and his willingness to volunteer to create a fixture tracker to deal with the remaining games. Mito got his crayons out and helped fill it in. Many thanks to both.

    Ffs bought him, sold him, bought again…not starting.
    Oh well got 2 defenders left to sort it,
    one from Augs one from Koln
    Gunna use one for Lenz & another for 2 pointer mid Baum’g switching to 4-3-3 :wacko:

        • So so Bigpopz. 95 pots with Jacobs and Luthe to go. Have to make some changes in defense.

  2. My sub for this evening Andrich has scored and taken me to 129pts smile

    • Noice, was a good goal too, but now he got a YC and misses next match (I think)

      • My star players scored 79pts of those, with Goretzka’s 27pts a nice surprise! smile

  3. Katterbach on the bench again, he is staying on mine too.
    Let’s see if Jacobs singlehanded can bring me up to 100 points :rofl:

    Missed out on 6 points for wrong captain choices.
    Got Katterbach left but it would be for -5 so I’m sticking

    • 112 for me with Lenz and Haaland blanks. Got Builter as my 3rd forward and he seemed to be playing DM and sometimes in defence too. He won 5 duels and got 7 points so I think I will stick with him at 6 mill.

      • I hope Haaland is back next week. He needs to be my Muller replacement

  5. I started the day on 83 and at the moment i’m on 84. :big-lol:
    I think this is a good learning curve for us all. Because we started late we didn’t have the funds for top players throughout our squads as their prices were out of reach. When we start afresh, we’ll be able to get top players and keep them and use their price rises to invest in a slightly better cheapo instead of 1 million non starters.

    • Me too, only 10 playing. Nkunku 1 pt disappointing. Jakobs did help. 112pts.
      I cannot find info on how FBL calculate player prices for next season. Do they stay as they end this season? Or do the change them and lower prices? Lewa is already 26m. Do you know?

      • Lewy started this season at 18m

        • Last season he started at 17m. I don’t have his finishing price but I’m sure he gained more than 1m over the whole season. So it’s extremely unlikely the price is carried forward

        • I got Hazard to replace Haaland, didn’t do much over 2 gws. He’ll be out for Haaland, hopefully, with loads of cash to spend with Lewy coming out aswell.
