A green arrow is always positive and we got a nice 600k rise thanks to our 66 points in GW8. We now sit at 4.7 mil, our highest rank of the season so far… We only had 4 players that actually did anything for us this week so I’ll name them all. Dubravka with 9 points, Cucurella with 8, Munoz with 10 and captain Haaland with 26 points. It is great to have some solid scores on the board but the rest of the team returned 1’s and 2’s which is not ideal. Hopefully we can turn it all around and keep rising up the ranks! Our team probably needs a wildcard, but as ever, this week it looks okay. Like many, we backed Forest to continue where they left off last season and, like many, we’ve been let down. Just 15pts from Sels this season is poor — he’s 26pts behind this season’s top-scoring keeper (Pope, 41pts), and even our backup keeper has scored more (20pts). We told you all we were TCing the Norwegian robot so when he got his 2 goals, 1 assist, 3 BPS sixteen-pointer, the site team members were happy as larry. However a certain Geordie, who will remain nameless, broke the news that the TC button wasn’t actually active! FF247 Site Team News GW5 Last Minute Magic! Welcome to FF247 Site Team GW5 This is getting painful! We don’t know what is happening in FPL aspects anymore. We get blank after blank but this week Murillo isn’t the worst of the lot – Sels and Cucurella were the single pointers this week. Murillo did get injured after 36 minutes but somehow still managed to get 10 defensive contributions in that time so managed to get 3 points. Where was the shining lights in our doom and gloom?
