Fantasy Football 247 League Round Ups March
Welcome everyone to the round up of the FF247 leagues for the month of March. There were only 3 gameweeks due to an FA Cup weekend and an international break but there were some excellent scores recorded, so lets take a look at who enjoyed a fruitful month.
FF247 Overall League. 
Top of the shop is still David Ross and his team ‘Rossaldinho’ with an overall total of 1840pts, this total has also put him at 145 in the world. In 2nd place is team ‘LFSteve’ for our old friend Steve Gayton, AKA, Quallathon with a total of 1830pts and ranked 232 in the world. Bronze goes to Ben Martin with his aptly named squad ‘Suarez ate my team’ with 1824pts and a world ranking of 305. Only 1pt + 2pts behind in 4th + 5th places respectively are Andy Barnard and Alberto (Albertini) Mendonca with their teams ‘Cry Me A Riviere’ and ‘Celtinha’ with 1823 + 1822 points
FF247 Manager Of The Month.
The gold medal goes to Dan Creaner who over 3 games has amassed 252pts with his team ‘Per Aspera Ad Astra’. Praveen BR takes silver with his team ‘Red Devils’, he has achieved 233pts for the month. The bronze goes to team ‘The Blaugrana FC’ with 231pts and owner Tanmay Gudhekar. Minesh Patel and Hysen Hoti come in at joint 4th with their respective teams ‘hazard + FC Gjakova’ on 229pts.
FF247 Doubles League.
Still sitting at the top of this league are the exellent pairing of Peaky Dave + NZ Alex, they have amassed 1793pts to date and sit at 1051 in the world. These 2 are looking more and more like the champions elect, as in 2nd place, 74pts behind are reigning champs Init + Elleffcee with a total of 1719pts with their team ‘Aditupem’. Team ‘The two Uniteds’ for owners Silvers and PvR sit in 3rd with a total of 1712pts. Mr + Mrs Facepalm and Potty + Morbid take up the next 2 places on 1700 + 1693pts for their respective teams ‘ No Hope Bob Hope + Potty Morbid FC’.

How did you do in the fantasy cricket Stew? (anyone), I quit when England gave it up to Bangladesh, I was too miffed to keep up with events after that.
Hi Andy, we did really well between us. Pottys became a bit of a hit on twitter due to the banter and I’m pleased to say that the top 10 in that was fairly closely contested and included myself, Mito, Kop and Cookie but was eventually won by…. the FF247 site team!!!
That FF247 guy sure is having a good fantasy season, kudos.

Really could do with your input on what to do with my team. Chasing in two of my main leagues, the BGW & DGW will make the difference.
I would like to sort out my defence/goalkeeper this week and then next week I can start preparing for arsenals BGW!
Willing to take a few hits over the coming weeks so any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated!

Them Portugal folk from Gibraltar are no rock in this game, really enjoying the qualification rounds for the home nations but the final tournament with the 6 groups could be Meh, I’m a bigger fan of seeing 2 go out in that phase.

Here’s my team
Hi Harry, I’d have no issue losing the pair of them. Zouma isn’t guaranteed a start by any stretch and Rose may or may not be injured but either way I wouldn’t trust Spurs at the back despite them still having some decent fixtures ahead. Ivan is ideal but I’m not sure on Baird. He got a start last week but it was in midfield because Yacob and Morrison were both out. He won’t keep a place there. He may get the full back spot for now with Dawson being suspended but will probably lose that again when he’s back. I think I’d prefer to get a sure starter even if it means maybe getting Terry instead of Ivan.
