We are just can’t do much wrong this season and after Sven Botman was the villain of GW26, he made up for it with a solid 6 point return in the 3-0 win over Wolves. We didn’t just get Botman’s clean sheet, we got two… no wait THREE clean sheets! Like HOLY CRAP I almost forgot what those were! To join Botman in keeping the ball out of the net were Big Virg and Saliba. We had triple 6 across our defenders but a massive 13 points from The Nipple and he didn’t even keep the ball from going past him but Areola’s 9 saves, 3 bonus and a penalty save helped earn a double digit score.
We got two more double digit scores with Foden (15), Watkins (13) and captain Haaland (12). Our other 4 players Saka, Palmer, Bowen and Alvarez all grabbed atleast one assist to take up to an amazing 92 points! This was a big 29 points above the average giving us a nice jump to an overall rank of 1,359.

Things were pretty easy to decide this week as we have no DGW players for 28 so we needed to get some in. The top target for everyone’s team was Dom Solanke so we had to get him in. Best option to make way was Alvarez so he was the first one out the door. We decided to use our other FT but not on any of the midfielders, instead we decided to sell the man who has been frustrating managers for weeks, Estupidnan!!! Now the replacement for him was bit more of a debate but we all agreed Bournemouth were a more reliable defence than Luton so a Cherry is where we looked. The debate came with which one to get. Zabarnyi had the minutes, Kerkez’s aerial threat is good for this matchup, Smith had the assist potential. We decided to play the minutes game with Zabarnyi
To confirm then we have SOLD Estupinan and Alvarez and BOUGHT Zabarnyi and Solanke

Thoughts on the quote from Iraola:
“Dom was in a similar position to this last week. He hasn’t trained fully with the team, we are trying to put him in the best position to play tomorrow. Hopefully he’ll train normally this evening with his feelings we will take the decision, much like we did last week.
He’s been playing through pain, sometimes it’s better sometimes it’s worse. We are trying to manage it with the two games we have. We don’t want to put too much training on him.
He’s someone who has played and trained alot of minutes, he’s been very robust this season and maybe he doesn’t need to train as much as other players.
I hope he can play as many minutes as he can, but it’s something we’re dealing with.”

I did Haaland to Morris but not for a -4. In essence, assuming the both play all available minutes, the 4 point hit is wiped out. I’d say it’s worth a shot

A crazy one
. I’m eyeing KDB to Bowen/Son, but can’t bear to part with Haaland. He can score against anyone.
Really not to sure what to do here. 1ft. Probably estupinan to either zabarnyi or doughty is the best move. However I am slightly tempted to sell ake instead as cant see a city clean sheet and just hope estupinan starts. Do I do a -4 for dubravka to neto or just start areola?
